I have learned a lot by working for an international company, its sad that I had to be retrenched but I'm happy that I have learned from that company. Being at work at outworx prooved to be a challenge at first but I got used to the culture. I have learned that when u see the earning potential then u realize your worth. I have made many good relationships while working at outworx.

Excellent development

During my years working at Outworx I grew in my career where I started off as just a lead gen agent who was than moved to sales as an agent nd thereafter increased by earning capacity in the renewals department where I was promoted to Senior Advisor.It was a great experience for me as I had opportunities to lead by example and show off my potential.I also trained and developed other employees to excel in their daily duties just as I have been doing during these 2 years.Although we worked a bit of long hours I always found it easy to go to work on a daily basis.My co-workers nd I had an excellent relationship as we always respected each other.I enjoyed every minute working with the people at Outworx we had bad days but we got through them together.The biggest lesson I have learnt at Outworx was that if you believe in yourself everyone else will believe in you sometimes we got to see the potential in ourselves and aim for the stars.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth and promotion
Cons: long working hours and rotational shifts.

Great learning experience

there is good growth within the company for internal staff even though they wont pay you as much as externally recruited staff. .

Pros: great learning curve and great to get your cv on point
Cons: very long working hours. plus we have to accomodate the UK times.

Excellent growth in the company

I'm a person that is patient at what I do so waking up in the morning to a Job the I love is what I look forward to. A people person too, enjoying working with different people and different race. We have a relationship, we are more then colleagues we are friends family, we help each other and support each other. In the current position there are many changes that are happening however i have learnt to adjust to change which has made me a hard worker.

Pros: Looking for great opportunity to grow in the company
Cons: can work long hours

I have what i takes.

I may not put it in words however i have what it takes. I have the ability to grow within the business. I'm money driven and ambitious. I love what i do and do what i love. Open minded, which makes me a team player. I'm willing to learn and teach.

It was one of the worst places i have ever worked

The environment there is really not good even though o enjoy working with some people but people steal other people's belongings and that's not cool What i learnt there is that never buy what people always say because sometimes it becomes too good to be true. People can be really deceiving even companies to,only believe when you have seen something ,not what you only heard. What i enjoyed was converting numbers and making something out of myself,Sales is challenging but once you get a hang of it, you start enjoying it

Excellent growth environment with a vast environment of diverse community.

I have been employed with Outworx for a couple of months and i have experienced an workplace that is not consistant. There is not much of mental growth and challenge in my personal duty daily. I enjoy mostly being part of the team and the team vibe allows me to share my strengths and be productive. The most challenging aspects of my job is not being able to live my potential as the tasks i do are very very simple and no complexiticy.

Pros: great opportunity for growth and different campain opportunity.
Cons: Not much challenge in products sold and easy sales.

Excellent people Skills

A daily routine isn't what facilities is about. Facilities is about the constant change and challenges the company faces when they need drivers and constant demand for stationary and tasks that need attention. STOCK maintenance and much more. Maintenaning the car parks and stock.

Cons: Unexpected tasks

Excellent communication skills and goal orientated .

Extroverted personality which makes it easier for me to communicate with clients , above it all career focused looking forward growth and achieving success . i will benefit the company financially by bringing more and retaining the current clients .

Pros: Sales agent
Cons: i will to work anytime day/night regardless of the hours .
