Excellent company to learn about Logistics qualifications, and different governing bodies
Good company to work for, good platform to learn about Logistics qualification and different industry bodies within the Logistics. The CEO has open door policy and everyone is friendly and willing to assist where ever they can, The project team,Academics and the contact center work together to ensure that every thing goes smoothly after handover from the B2B Specialist.
Pros: Large cooperate recognize and comment our Logistics qualifications makingbit easier to sign SLA

Excellent working and studying experience
Studying at OLG has been a privilege for me as it is one of the most prominent Logistics and Supply Chain Management private tertiary in South Africa. I managed to graduate with their highest qualification and it was a nice experience. All the co-workers were very joyful,considerate and respectful towards all students and I had a good and respectful relationship with them.
Pros: Great opportunity of learning the theory of the logistics and supply chain management industry

Always eager to learn and improve
I have always considered myself to be self-motivated, with a high efficiency to liaise and communicate well with people of various calibres. My organisational skills coupled with good planning skills enable me to manage my responsibilities well. I am an excellent team player who is always eager to learn and improve to ensure that I become the best possible fit to the culture of any organization. I am currently looking for a full-time position in an environment that offers a greater challenge, increased benefits for my family, and the opportunity to help the company advance efficiently and productively

Exercises Goal orientation
.working hours 8am -4:30pm .co workers are disciplined and adhere to regulations and deadlines .I've learnt how to deal with non compliant clients .I enjoy the positive work ethic .The large influx of calls per day

Excellent learning curve
Started working as a finance administrator at Open Learning Group but I felt cornered just being alone working with numbers as dealing with people comes naturally. I was then promoted to Projects department as a Projects Coordinator managing existing projects and building relationships with clients. I did extremely well at Projects department and compliments from clients feedback paved a way for a promotion as a Business Development Specialist.
Pros: Really a great opportunity I was given and I’m forever grateful
Cons: Traveling nationwide and long hours on the road is the name of the game

“I have a lifetime of experience in payroll, I am a diligent worker and have sound knowledge of all aspects of payroll. I work well under pressure, am very responsible and reliable and have a true passion for my job. I have never missed a deadline, and my thoroughness and attention to detail ensure minimal comebacks/queries. I am a fair person, well liked and respected by management and peers and believe in a happy but effective workforce. The motto I live by is “Do it right the first time!””

Flexibility, pressure, young work force,
We have flexible work hours. The work force is very young with fresh ideas. We have an open door policy and can talk to any member of Ecco at any given time.

I'm currently studying diploma in logistics and supply chain management
I am willing to change the work environment in which I will be working on, and create a flexible mind set. I can work in a group, team and individual. I am a flexible candidate for which am good in what I do and can improve where necessary. I am one person who is open minded and willing to learn more.
