The main function entails working with senior management and executive staff to develop cohesive plans for the development of innovative software products. This includes working together with the product owner to plan and execute projects by ensuring that teams have the appropriate product as well as technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver the item effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while maintaining the projects on targeted deadlines. Within this function as the IT Manager, demonstrating leadership abilities is a vital skill which has assisted our clients towards the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules. The important items such as managing the product development team, necessary budgets, resource allocations as well as the IT operational requirements form part of the main functions as the IT Manager.

Pros: Being passionate, driven and an IT enthusiast has led me in creating a well-versed career within the IT field. My strong desire of always learning within the IT environment has allowed me to create a stable career within the IT arena encapsulating both the technical aspects as well as the software development life cycle. I hold a diploma in Graphic Designing and have a total work experience of 14 years. I am well versed in different areas of design and have successfully designed solutions for print media and websites. I am dynamic self motivated and very energetic person. I am honest, a people 's person very reliable and goal oriented. Ability to work under pressure and I cope with any crises may come. Adapt quickly to all circumstances and have the ability to learn quickly. i feel that a positive outlook in life is vital to personal success and like to know the people are positively influenced. My motto is i will persist until succeed. i enjoy building and developing my personality by overcoming challenges being eager to gain experience and knowledge. my ambition drives me to climb the ladder and each step fills me with joy and gives me the feeling of accomplishment. Learning curve

My typical work day when at the office is: Check my emails cold calling new business follow up business in pipeline Courtesy calls existing business When on the road courtesy visits to existing business drop offs potential clients Meetings with potential clients My relationship with co-workers I am a team player, i get along well with my team, always willing to help and work together as a team. The most challenging aspects of the job is: Cold calling What i enjoy most about the job is : seeing the client happy with our product or services at the end of the day. in education that would be seeing the students graduate. I also enjoy the sales aspect of it, communication with clients, going out for meetings when necessary, calls for follow up, the whole sales cycle excites me as it leads to the ultimate goal of the product that can change ones life being sold and having a happy client.

I am a dedicated strong willed – ambitious hard-working individual who is eager to learn new things and be more efficient and deliver high quality. • Calm and polite individual with respect for others. • I’ve had a knack of getting my point across very well, communicating with people, understanding their needs and providing them with value proposition which is truly hard to refuse. My skills lie in my abilities to comprehensively read and understand the situation of each individual • I have strong admin skills, good knowledge and experience of the MS Package as well as good typing skills with high accuracy, • I have an NQF Level 5 qualification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and experience Administration. • I do consider myself suitable for any position especially because I have gained a lot of experience in the cooperate world.

Working in the call center

My duties comprise of resolving student queries, assisting in the navigation of the online system. Following up on applications, and re-setting of passwords among other duties. My co-workers call me Mma-moruti, as they say I encourage them when all hope is lost or when they go through hard times. I have learnt to put myself in the caller's shoes as the reasons for their calling are very different. I enjoy the people I work with. It is like working with family. The most challenging aspect is, growth. Doing the same monotonous duty drain the creativity.

Upgrading my self everyday

I'm a energetic person and really a focus motive person for the position as imba experienced candidate i love new challenges as I'm like to learn everyday of my life and mostly I love what I'm doing as I chose IT industry as my career to make sure I fullfil my dream as a young person and please offer me this opportunity as I think I'm the perfect person for the position and have a great day looking forward for your respond.

Lots of room to learn and grow

A typical working day involves, booking appointments with corporate clients and meeting with them. Answering emails & calls. Relationships with colleagues are all professional I have learnt how to interact with executives, handling demanding tasks and prioritizing tasks New skills involve new & different ways to interact with companies and different ways of selling services I enjoy networking with results Biggest challenges are booking meetings with the decision makers and sealing the deals within a short time frame

Great opportunity to learn industry

My important work responsibility is to assist company in reaching their financial objectives and increase sales through set targets. This is done by building a client database, through industry specific research and compiling information of the relevant personnel to communicate with. To bring in new business, I set up meetings on board room level and sell and markets company products I have gained more confidence in my new business hunting skills; more confidence in the academic industry; more marketing skills and client relations building skills Most challenging aspect is the time it takes to build strong business relations, and thus closing deals
