It was injoyable working at Omnia the managment are umane

My work in the site /workplace was to monitor and audit contractor companies to ensure they work in accordance to there safety systems and risk assessments Do construction inductions, audit and approve files ensure the contractor Safety conform clients specification did a lot of couching the employees on site were cooperative and corrected action in short order I believe the like me as a safety due to the advice or rather attitude towards them I am a person to change the attitude of the workforce rather to force the change on them

Pros: work was profisiant and oderly
Cons: too much contradictiong policiys between departments

Like new things

A typical work day doing the filing Friendly to everyone and not make one person important then other I have learn how to answer a phone work on a computer and do filing. I enjoy working on a computer and do the filing. To make sure everyones filing is update.

Excellent management skills

I enjoyed my work experience within the department. I grew from being a creditors clerk to being an acting accountant/accounts clerk. I have learnt alot from my managers and do miss the interaction and rush of deadlines. The company was great. ork experience

Learning curve

my relationship with my co workers and management it is healthy,i have learnt a lot especially their system and the environment. i m doing receiving,stock counting,cycle counting,binning and packing of stock.i operate fork lift,crane and mobile electric pallet lifter. i capture the stock on the system after receiving it.i really enjoy this company because it gives u chances to grow
