I get to work at 07:30 every morning have my own working desk and telephone they also provide a laptop for my work, I see clients everyday and help them with their future plans and we have different products for their different needs. Most of the time we all work together as co-workers to help us build ourselves and know what we working with we all a like family, its nice working with them I've learned so much like working in a group being outspoken managing my own work and teaching people on saving. The most challenging aspects in this job is dealing with difficult clients and being rejected a lot....and keeping the relationship going with clients because you end up having a lot and less time to check on everyone so that means more time in the office but I don't really mind.

Pros: Have alot of clients
Cons: Dealing with claw backs(lapses)

Excellent learning curve

we are a very good team worker when we are together(with co-workers),sometimes we have typical work day because we have to reach targets ad so forth,

I have learnt to stand for my self because oldmutual is a target driven company.. Oldmutual made me realize that to reach any goal is possible only if you put ur mind and dedication to what you are doing

Good Customer Services Skill,build sustainable relationships,delivers on daily production

I am good with Customer Services skills and enjoy working with people.I am always on time and have good work ethics and believe that it is a good thing to have a good reputation where you work and be repected by your peers.

I love the sales and marketing invironment,I leant every day, the caliber of management I have is supportive and they would make you feel inspired every time, I'm able to handle pressure and work under pressure, I always want to be at peace with my colleagues, I'm able to with a team and individualy, I have daily plan in weakly plan it makes my work easy, I have leant days are not the same, I don't get discourage with one of no production, I have to plan well for the following day, I enjoy working and people or customer service I feel fulfilled after I have done it,the most challenging expect is when you have no alternative plan when your plan is not yielding results u I become frustrated

Pros: Development to become a future leader in the compuney
Cons: I do work long hours to catch or have night shift appointments

Great opportunity

It's a great company to work for its not that I am unhappy I need make few life changes and it's nothing on the company. Staff and management is exellent to work withard. And it's a brand that sell's it self.

i always meet my targets a n i work extra mile to meet my daily targets,i always want happy environment so we can work positive. i have learnt that in the financial industry you must know what you want in life and financially. i enjoy the money that i work hard for. t go around and ook for people but i enjoy it now
