Currently I'am still on a development program with 2 modules completed and passed

I'm a verry hard working person with a strong but friendly personality one who give all his effort to complet the task given at time and I'm always up for new challengies and willing to learn and eager to archive.

Pros: ther are development programes for each employee
Cons: long working hours somtimes have to work on weekens

Great opportunity

It's a great company to work for its not that I am unhappy I need make few life changes and it's nothing on the company. Staff and management is exellent to work withard. And it's a brand that sell's it self.

Growning company

I get to work at 07:30 every morning have my own working desk and telephone they also provide a laptop for my work, I see clients everyday and help them with their future plans and we have different products for their different needs. Most of the time we all work together as co-workers to help us build ourselves and know what we working with we all a like family, its nice working with them I've learned so much like working in a group being outspoken managing my own work and teaching people on saving. The most challenging aspects in this job is dealing with difficult clients and being rejected a lot....and keeping the relationship going with clients because you end up having a lot and less time to check on everyone so that means more time in the office but I don't really mind.

Pros: Have alot of clients
Cons: Dealing with claw backs(lapses)

Excellent learning curve

I have gained the best costume relation -interpersonal skills -matured emotionally so I can deal with any type of kind of client -i have learnt to be team player

Sales

Being at field service makes the person im now, im very strong to challenge the clients and i have great communication skills and good understanding of many different systems. Im flexible individual and adapt easy to different environments. I work well under pressure and takes responsibilities for my actions. My skills are: treating customers fairly And i learned that client 's needs are met and exceeded My strength is to work with different personality

Excelent

Working for a big insurance company like oldmutual its a privillage , every day its a challenge cause you need to strategize as to how you going to reach your dairly targets as hard it is sometimes but ive learnt to be strong and also to be career driven. Most thing i enjoy are the workng hours and relationships i have with my colleague's, its great because we work good together in order to acheive our goals as a team

I am a graduate with relevant honors degree (BSc Agricultural economics). I am hardworking and always willing to go extra mile to get the job done, accessible person and open to new ideas, able to work as a team and individual. what I have learned at department of agriculture -• Conducted project based agricultural economic studies for example: business plan. • Facilitated the linkages of small-holder producers to agricultural commodity markets. • Facilitated access to agricultural development finance. • Provided agricultural economic advisory support in Nwanedi Agricultural Service Centres. What I have learned at old mutual Duties • Maintain awareness of latest legislative changes that may affect financial planning. • Provide clients’ needs analysis and renders financial services to clients based on their financial situation. • Provide Investments, Retirement, Life cover, Wills & Estate Planning.

Pros: I have been exposed to many individuals people of different class with their different in personalities
Cons: I got paid most of my time in commision based

I have learnt that planning is the important

I have learnt that planning plays a big part in my job. Sometimes it helps to work as a team as, although one has to meet their individual target. Working hard held also need to work smart, and be a dedicated person in this job. Must be a person who can work under pressure and be able to work without supervision. Discipline helps you to work accordingly.

Working very well under pressure

Dealing with clients services and changing lives meeting daily and weekly targets and also collection target .doing the lending with in the financial service provider
