I am fast learner and always eager to know more
My work day is always good and challenging, i have good relationships with my co-workers, i have learnt that people are different and also people face different hurtful things so you need to know how deal with them.,i enjoy working with my new candidates and some advisors, i love helping others, the most challenging is when people are not giving results at the right time.

Excellent Advisor
i have experience and currently awaiting to write my RE yet have Faise accreditation. i work well with a team and equally so as an individual. i have experience in admin and in sales. i am a family man which its the very same thing that keeps me motivated as i have to provide for them daily.

Cold calling, booking appointments, administrative, submitting cases
Company is insurance based. Earnings are based on sales and targets, no stable income, income dependent on the number of sales or targets met. Offers growing opportunities for employees in the forms of classes, courses and monthly block trainings. Company offers employees the opportunity to write their RE exam and pay for the first attempt.

Excellent learning cruve
I have a good working relation with my co workers and we respected the privacy of each others clients. I have lent to communicate with clients and make routine check up to clarify any miscommunications they may have had before. Time management is key in this line of business and together with house keeping as the clients personal information can not be left laying around your desks.

Great finance experience

A day at Old Mutual
It's a company where you can come to work, knowing that you're in a supportive environment with colleagues and management that is very friendly, helpful and competent. I have learnt a lot during the past year, including how to sell a product, perform financial needs analyses for clients and how to thrive in the fast paced client-centred environment. I enjoy interacting with new clients daily and learning new things. The most challenging aspect is being able to have thick skin to deal with rejection, as not every client is going to be able to see what they actually need.

Financial Advisor
Cold Calling Keeping in constant contact with all my clients Admin Generating Quotes Driving to clients and back to work Making sure all my targets are up to date Most challenging aspects of this job is cold calling and trying to get new clients to take a policy. However the rewarding aspect of this job is being able to help people save for their future and for their family.

Cons: Spending many hours on the road and doing all the admin.
