Excellent learning curve
Great team work manager. Excellent motivator full of encouragement. Very supportive nonjudgmental person. I have learned to build a very professional relationship with client. Needs analysis to each and every client. Saving client document in my laptop. Follow up on clients.

Excellent learning field
Daily I call clients and introduce my self. and I booked meeting When im in a meeting I introduce my work an products, Getting interest of clients ,And Asses the need of client Then book the second meeting that where I finalise all and,Aftrer I submit the case. At work I do my own administration for safety of client info, then I do my calls and book meeting, then I submit cases ,then I attend client meetings

Excellent experienced servicing
Checking the appointments for the day and reminding clients. Doing conservation , phoning clients for.missed premiums and making arrangements for arrears to be deducted. Reading emails and making follow ups on policies to be issued or outstanding documents. Making appointments . Assisting walk in clients with their queries ; payments ; death claims and also telephone enquiries. Making sure that the clients are comfortable Even If the financial adviser is not available. Attend meetings and assisting with hearings when necessary. Capturing new business Working as team and assisting in coaching new staff. I enjoy dealing with walk in clients ( face to face contact) . My challenge is prospecting, I have a challenge when it comes to selling to someone on the phone.

Good opportunity to get into the finance industry
Working with people from different backgrounds is good exposure. Generally, other staff are friendly. Managers go out of their way to help with growth. Courses are fun and is made easy for you to understand. Commission doesn't pay much, especially if you don't meet targets which is difficult on its own. The stress does build up over time when you think about whether you're getting another pay cheque or not. Even with continuous hard work and dedication, sourcing clients becomes very difficult because they don't meet the PFA requirements.
Pros: Great opportunity to earn higher income if you have a big clientele, managers are very helpful
Cons: Difficult to meet targets, commission isn't very high

Good Learning curve
A good company to work for with a good culture and team work when necessary. Not challenge is the position is commission base only so it becomes hard to mantain a living if not paid in the respective month.

i have experience and currently awaiting to write my RE yet have Faise accreditation. i work well with a team and equally so as an individual. i have experience in admin and in sales. i am a family man which its the very same thing that keeps me motivated as i have to provide for them daily.

My work day is always good and challenging, i have good relationships with my co-workers, i have learnt that people are different and also people face different hurtful things so you need to know how deal with them.,i enjoy working with my new candidates and some advisors, i love helping others, the most challenging is when people are not giving results at the right time.

I've learned a lot about helping people to achieve their goal especially when it comes to saving i have also learned to communicate with different people coming from different aspects of life and not having to cater for the same kind or type of people but of different races which have different tastes
