Exelent learning outcome

I have learnt how to deal with difficult clients on q daily basis.how to interect with their opposite views..it was wuiet a challenge but i loved most of it...i actualy learnt a lot and de list is endless.the relationship with my team was the best.il forever cherish..we archieved

LEARNING CURVE

to sell product to new and old clients by calling,visiting their work place and also by organizing presentations for them.Advise them financially and making our clients life much easy in terms of product knowledge. i work well with my co-workers as i am an easy person to talk to and have understanding of different personal characters. i have learned to be patient and to work long hours,but i enjoy working one on one with client, by explaining and educating them.the most challenging about my previous job was the was no day offs you work every day even on your holidays you still have to work

Excellent self discovery opportunity

Every day I interact with different people. I had to put myself out there in order to be able to interact with people. I had to identify people's needs and offer them the best solution possible. I had to do a financial analysis given what I reviewed from the clients finances.

Pros: I was given the opportunity to work on my own without supervision
Cons: I went the extra mile but didn't get any compensation

Excellent learning curve

I started insurance at a very highly experienced and skilled environment, very challenging but it had me fully equipped with the necessary sales and customer service skills at a professional level. I loved working in my team because together we made the targets by helping one another.

Reaching my targets is my goal, helping other people

I am educating my clients on how to save for them selves and for their kids education. Am enjoying my job because am meeting new people everyday. With my colleagues we working as a team because we believe you can not succeed working alone. For the team to reach their target we have to work together.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion, I am willing to learn new things so I could Excell to my sales experience, working with new colleagues.
