Recognition and promotion available.
Basic aspect of sales and marketing is prospecting. People skills is very important aswell. Planning is essential. Preasure is one of the most intresting things I came across.

Cons: We had to work till we reached our target. There was no knock off time.

A day in the life of a financial adviser
A day in the life of a Financial Advisor A typical day for me is to start my planning for the next day. Then I would go and find sites where I would be able to meet with staff of the place I've made arrangements to be able to enter and sit in their canteen. I'll do a short overview of our products and if people are interested in the product I'll give more detail. And try and sign them up. If I have appointments during the day I'll also go see them. My day starts at 9am and may only end at 9pm depending on the appointment s. I have a great understanding with coworkers and they with me. The most challenging part of the job is to convince people that the product is a must. I enjoy meeting new people.

Excellent opportunities for growth.
The working environment was amazing. Team leaders were transparent and considerate. Coorworkers were target driven and competitive in a positive way. I have learnt a lot about customer satisfaction. And how to handle complaints.

I'm selling insurance products and capturing them on them on the system.going out meet people Andale appointments.i leant how to communicate with people.i enjoy capturing applications on the system.sometimes is challenge when you can't get new appointments

Excellent
Everything was perfect working at old mutual I gained good experience willing to use it in future and share it with other people. Am so happy with my achievement in life because I will use it to motive other people living with disability to show them the is life after disability and insepare them to do great with their lives and also see disability different

Excellent leaning curve
This jo b thougth me how to meet dead line and make my daily planner it was all possible if yo allow your self to work hand in hand with the manager as well as my coligues team work always work for me but ther was dificulties as well such as targets failing to meet my daily target was bad worese part for me

Good financial advice and great opportunity for growth
it's a challenge itself to work with different characters and trying to adjust to everyone's needs. Being on the field is enjoyable but tiring at times as one needs to drive around daily trying to meet targets (the driving around is quit strenuous). But meeting new people daily is the fun part. I've learnt how to stay polite to all these characters I get to build relations with daily.
