I am working as a call centre agent so that i can gain some experience. My job requires me to make phone calls to people and type notes daily. I am able to work under pressure because there are targets that are set to be met and I love working with different people because i get to learn new things on a daily basis

Low salary,too much work load,rude team leaders

Too much work loads and targets,team leaders are rude.very nice and surpotive management especially the CEO and the COO.Long working hours sometimes can knock off very late.

I type 40words per minutes am a team player to deal with difficult customers To meet the client requirement High energy of the work i do and most important you learn daily

Learning curve

A normal work day at Nudebt is like working without any purpose due to the pressure. I I have learnt a lot from Nudebt however the salary and the work done for them is not fair at all. The mos challenging aspects is having to be a query agent resolving queries and doing collections as the call center

Acquired more knowledge

The staff and management are very friendly and I feel at home,the staff possess team spirit and we are on big happy family. My day at work includes but not limited to contacting debtors to rehabilitate their financial status,issue of statements and attend to logged disputes. My customer service and problem solving skills has improved. Being of assistance to the debtor brings me joy and challenges I’ve faced is not having sufficient information for the debtor at the requested time,however I always make sure that I get back to the client with relevant information.

The company is a commission based company and has grow ,the company currently has big clients in south Africa like Sabc and has been performing well comper to its competitors.

Excellent Communication Skills

I am a target driven person. I am also I hard worker. I am currently collecting on behalf of banks and once collected for TV Licence. I enjoy assisting people to pay their accounts and I can work overtime and work shifts.
