To work under pressure and meet targets set by management
We had a good time at work, especially with my team membees, we worked so good together and we also learnt how to stand together and be disciplined also, not forgetting to respect each other , the most challenging parts were that some books we worked on have expired and the customers were not even interested as we had no power to do anything

Acquired more knowledge
The staff and management are very friendly and I feel at home,the staff possess team spirit and we are on big happy family. My day at work includes but not limited to contacting debtors to rehabilitate their financial status,issue of statements and attend to logged disputes. My customer service and problem solving skills has improved. Being of assistance to the debtor brings me joy and challenges I’ve faced is not having sufficient information for the debtor at the requested time,however I always make sure that I get back to the client with relevant information.

A highly motivated, confident, individual with exceptional multi-tasking capabilities and able to work in a target driven, busy call centre environment, hardworking with excellent attendance and punctuality record who can work equally well alone or as part of a team. • Troubleshoot software/Install and repair computer create new user(email account, Phone extension and create users on Active Directory), Group Policy Update. • fix Servers (email, Backup and Phone SRV), update latest versions of systems, installing network ports • Setup VPN(Forticlient), FTP and SFTP setup, • Creating user campaigns, preparing new PCs, data clean up (removing of duplicates), keeping record of company asserts, monitoring and checking servers • Configuring Switches, network ports (Patching), configuring desk phones, little bit knowledge about SQL, internet portals, Excalibur Administrator, C3 Administrator, Creating RJ45 internet cables • Fix and respond to users Tickets, creating AJS user account and configuring AJS • Configuring IP printers (Xerox, Toshiba, Samsung,Canon)

Excellent
I have working experience in administration, call centre and credit controller that I obtained at Nudebt management, therefore I gained various skills in contact centre as well as administration, skills such as typing skills, Microsoft office knowledge, filing, customer services. I have learnt a lot during my working period at Nudebt management, therefore my typing speed is very fast which I will be able to save the company time and be productive in a short period of time. I am a good communicator, who takes customer service seriously and build a good reputation for the company. I also play a role as a team player, always care assist all the agents around me.

An amazing journey of being with people and working with people
Was a great place to learn more about the financial side of business and a great learning curve in general. What's great about it is that I got to interact with different kinds of people which enabled me to be more proactive in engaging with people on siddwewnr people daily especially in the line of work I did being debt collections.

Co-workers makes it impossible to work with
The company is great for inexperienced people but the only thing that makes it unbearable to work there is the co-workers. The team leaders go out of they way to make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
