BCom law, LLB admitted conveyance and notary

I currently run the conveyancing department. I have two typists one for transfers and the other for bonds. I don't find my current job challenging enough.

Pros: I'm a junior conveyance in a senior position

Freelancing in Graphic Design

I am a freelancer in graphic designing and am currently running my business from home. I qualified with a diploma in the following programmes; Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. I am currently self studying in corel draw and web designing. I get small jobs, for example, banners, flyers, logo designing, creating ads for social media, deepetching images, image editing, recreating logos and forms. I enjoy designing and working with art as it is my passion. I enjoy the working hours and always deliver on time. I love a challenge and my most challenging aspect is logo designing.

Pros: Experience and practice in graphic designing
Cons: Starting a business on your own is challenging

My job entailed daily experiences which has never been forgotten.

A day at my work place was checking my e-mails. Arranging files of clients according to deadlines. My relationship with my colleagues was great.Preparation AFS and preparing spreadsheets on Excel.I enjoy being introduced to owners of various entities and learning about their companies.The challenges of the day was receiving new work when there were other deadlines. But the work was done.

Pros: Learning new kinds of work iro different entities daily.
Cons: Extremes deadlines ( although not often and certainly attainable and I have no issues with that at all )

Good with computers and I have excellent communication skills.

I always love to start my day off positive and to stay positive through out the day, I am also a good team worker and my communication skills are excellent.

Pros: I challenge myself better myself and my work each day

Grow within the company as well as myself

-Always earlier than expected of me, -Caring and friendly towards co-workers but have learned over the years not to get too involved. Work comes first -in every position you need to have some knowledge as to the department you receive your instructions from and the department your responsibility rolls over to. You will then have an idea of their stress and work pressure - not to always stay in your own bubble and only concentrate on your own deadline. The word TEAM means a lot to me as person. Together everyone achieve more -I love creating data spreadsheets, compiling data, solving problem areas in a company, enjoy the financial aspects of a company -challenging but yet always rewarding to your innerself is 'deadlines' , whereby I have to rely on others which are not as dedicated as yourself...

Pros: I have always managed to grow within the companies I worked for in short periods of time. Increase in salary and different departments
Cons: I dislike incompetent people.

I have never worked before. I have electrical certificates of N1-N5. I'm looking for a training of electrical field so that I could be a qualified artisan or technician one day.

. I am a self-starter and have excellent interpersonal and conflict-management skills.

I work reasonable hours starting from 6am- 8pm. I have the best relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt that doing my job in my excellence have great rewards. I enjoy doing my job and meeting the deadline before time. over times are the most challenging aspects of the job.

Pros: The harder you work and do the great jobs you get a promotion reward.
Cons: The incidence of long working hours increased
