Excellent learning curve
I was a social worker so I loved working with people of different ages and backgrounds. I have a good working relationship with my former co-workers as we still call each other. I have learned to a team worker,hard worker and to respect other people. I enjoyed to help people that need people by making sure I respect my working ethics like Batho People which tells me to put people first. Working with no or scarce resources is very challenging as it makes the community members to loose hope to our services.

Not working
currently not working, but have worked as a junior projects coordinator and Database administrator. On a day to day basis had to support report on projects at hand, had a great relationship with my seniors and colleagues. My previous work experience had challenges but could be handled. Most challenging part was reporting to a manager that had no zeal.

Diversity, multidisciplinary and impact-driven experiences
I am currently no longer working at the DAFF, D: IS. However, working there has exposed me to a diverse array of opportunities for personal and professional development. I have undertaken a number of projects at the DAFF, D:IS involving agricultural/rural infrastructure development, which have allowed me to work across language and racial barriers; gaining insight into the manner in which the locals perceive their environment, and incorporating these findings into conventional engineering design. I have traveled across South Africa. I grew fond of the team spirit and willingness of every individual to go the extra mile when duty called. Each project covered aspects that were interesting and unique in their own way, not only providing exposure but valuable experience. The most challenging thing was coordinating and managing projects that involved many people. However, its made me aware of how to approach such situations.

Excellent learning curve
Would like to learn more in this industry. I'm a hard working person willing to work as a team. And easy to adapt in difficult conditions. I'm also computer literate whereby I can able to use Word, excel,internet and PowerPoint. If given a chance in this position I will make sure I grab it with both hands and make sure I do not disappoint

Diversity and expansive for knowledge
I am computer literate; open for gain of knowledge with a positive attitude; possessing good communication skills, target driven, able to work in a team and individually, also have the ability to work well under pressure. I am particularly interested in this position because I see it as an opportunity for myself to grow in a professional manner in the company. New challenges to take on and being given an opportunity
A typical day should commence on checking on any work on the previous day that has been noted to do first thing in the morning. It is important to have a professional working relationship with fellow employees and utmost respect for Management. Trust needs to be earned. This is what I have learned from any previous work. What I enjoy most is working with people. There also needs to be an organsed structure.

Contracted for the project of encryption, one of the core projects for the process of the unmerging Barclays and Absa, updated and re encoding access cards for every employee in the regional campuses and offices (Project completed in the sites of Johannesburg CBD, Randburg, Auckland Park, Sandton, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Kimberley, Kroonstad, Bloemfontein, Cape Town), Updating Profiles for system security, data clean-up, updating access cards for Absa premises, encoding cards, issuing cards for access.
