Working at netflorist is ok,i have learnt alot from route co-ordination,managing a fleet,managing in house stuff when my manger is on leave,learnt how to dispatch and recieve stock,doing drivers KPI's.
Pros: Great oppertunity for promotion

Good enviroment
Personally I am highly motivated energetic person who is willing to learn and take up challenges while making a significant contribution to companies. My analytical skills enable me to synthesize information and identify problematic issues. This enables me to solve business problems effectively My ability to work in team environment and fast learning capabilities is giving me the right platform and confidence to succeed to any corporate environment when an opportunity is presented to me

Learning to multitask and take initiative
Company management and employees were not communicating well, lots of blaming and passing the buck.Friendly colleagues best part of the job. Days work included follow ups early morning resolutions till 12pm and new work in the afternoon. Loved reaching quick, efficient resolutions with clients and ensuring they are happy in the the hopes of retaining future business.

Learning curve
The working conditions are super bad , not worth the money. The employees never appreciate what we do or show gratitude. We never get our money for overtime especially the nightshift team.

Learning opportunity for a student
Excellent learning area, being able to work with Pastel, Knowing how to work with invoices and processing of information. Warehousing experience, Knowing how to deal with stock and being able to do stock takes each month. Able to create codes on the system. Caring environment. Team building, celebrations of birthdays and events with in the year.

The company is a great place to work for. It provides overtime and good working hours. It's a good company to start from I have been working there for 5 years now and few months counting. onths counting. .

Great learning experience
8 to 5 job that occasionally requires long hours of overtime…Leading a great team of over 100 staff in the department between dayshift and nightshift. Highly motivated team with good communication, workflow and organizational processes. My biggest highlight is creating and implementing error rate and wastage rate processes successfully.

I have more than 26 working experience in warehouse and logistics environment, i do specialize on stock control and staff supervision. I do meet deadlines and i am on details.
