My everyday at the office is never the same. My company is an online gifting, occasion driving company. ensuring the site is up and running, I basically handle the floral side of things so ensuring all daily reports are done. stock is maintained from all hubs, ensuring all images and costs are reflecting. have to have a open communication with work colleagues and very much of a team player. very processed driven. have to be very trendy and must have style and as well as move with the times. Also need to know products and components.

Pros: very positive environment
Cons: yes hours are draining

I am meticulous in ln learning fast

I have managed over 60 vehicles and 50 drivers . Vehicle maintance and cold cold chain checks done on a daily basis . Yearly driver kpi Planning routes daily Work wrll under pressure

Pros: Hard worker

Good enviroment

Personally I am highly motivated energetic person who is willing to learn and take up challenges while making a significant contribution to companies. My analytical skills enable me to synthesize information and identify problematic issues. This enables me to solve business problems effectively My ability to work in team environment and fast learning capabilities is giving me the right platform and confidence to succeed to any corporate environment when an opportunity is presented to me

Excellent learning curve

working at Netflorist is okay, days are different some days its hell some its fine. my relationship with co-workers its also fine not bad. i have learned a lot different additional experience from what i used to do previously. its challenging when you get an impossible customer, however, you get to deal with different techniques to approach a query at hand.

Pros: great opportunity for improvement

Good learning curve

I love the work I'm doing, investing in agents performance. Providing the tool and recommendations to a successful customer experience. We deal with emotions its what our business sells. Our products create the perfect gift for all occasions so we deal with customers that needs to express what they feeling and we deliver that to the individual they require. Its a pleasure and a pain but gives meaning to what we do. We excel and fail but uses all opportunities to improve. Dealing with emotion telephonically is not easy.

Driving skill

I work as a temporary driver delivering flowers on special occasion or on a special days like valentines day, youth day , mother and fathers days as well ,its a door to door special delivery with your own car.

Pros: only promote you from the temporary to a permanet driver,
Cons: working rotation shifts

Challenged weekly

Every week is different i can be asked to assist in any department in the call center like - Call taker, email agent, chat agent or drivers contact center and every Mon & Friday i process payments for our weekly temps 30+/-i am a peoples person hence me flexible in all departments i learn alot as each place has a different way of doing things i enjoy being challenged and taken out of my comfort zone giving feedback about process not working and nothing being done about it

Pros: None
Cons: Long working hours , Process not working , No full manager structure in place .

Excellent

I have good socializing & communication skills I have good customer service; I serve my customers/ clients according to their expectation. and communicate well with my colleagues . i have a very good relation ship with my co workers .. I am reliable when it comes to time keeping, I am self driven and have full knowledge on how to treat my customers / client and I’m sure I will be an asset to you re company.

Pros: you get to know all the road of Johannesburg and you get to meet different people
Cons: there is no time of knocking off as long as you still have parcels or gift to delever to clients

Designs

Its been a wonderful experience working at Netflorist. I’ve learned a lot about large printing machines and creating print ready designs according to customer specifications.

Pros: Good and exciting job. Worth the experience
Cons: Long workings hours, very low pay
