Good learning curve

I am currently working at prefeeder, loading the board,set up the prefeeder machine, measure the size of the board.Check the line up on the Cpms.arrange for the next job.Do set up on the Machine insert stereo's according to PI and colour standard,mount the die that is going to be used Do wash up and put the inks.Safety and housekeeping.

Accounting graduate

am a graduate in a field of accounting and have been working as an invoicing clerk for one of the manufacturing companies .this has granted me an exposure on large volumes processing and some of accounting systems. am looking for another opportunity to learn further and grow and even share my knowlegde.

Good interpersonal skills

Sir/Madam I Themba Mhlongo have recently completed my National diploma in Operations Management in the year 2016. I have a one year in-service training at a company known as Nampak corrugates[pinetown]. I would like to be granted with an opportunity of an Internship for at least one year in for myself to an experience in an operations management field. I also do not mind to start as a general worker and then improve myself as I am energetic, highly motivated individual who possesses good interpersonal relation skills and I am always willing to work hard and smarter to any task I am assigned.

Exposure to this industry has been knowledgable

A typical work day is active and busy. Co-workers are helpful and friendly to get job done I have learn different working systems and exposure to the cardboard industry. I enjoy the learning. Challenging was to get to know this industry and how it works.

I have a good relationship with the Union shop-steward and this makes negotiations easier .

I I am able to identify competence and capabilities aligned to Business and operational needs and transformation requirements. Engage pro-actively with Resourcing to Identify and utilise proactive resourcing solutions (pipelines, scarcity of skills acquisition) to acquires these skills. Upskill line managers in terms of attraction, recruitment & selection practices, policies and processes. Excellent learning curve

i am an qualified Electrician with Wiremans. we are doing maintenance at hospitals we are doing lights , Plugs, new installations, fault findings ....i am working as a team superviser . i enjoy working with the team and being responsible

Great opportunity to grow . The seniors have good communication with floor staff Teamwork is the way everyday at Neopak Wadeville. Safety is our number 1 priority which allows to work safe and ensure safety of co-workers and machinery
