Diversity

very interesting, new challenges daily. the organisation keeps one on his toes, and requires intuition and initiative oriented people. the working environment is good and there is diversity. the is a learning culture. I've learned how important deadlines are, how to keep clients happy, importance of attention to detail.

Pros: learning culture
Cons: slow career growth

Great experience.

A typical work day is routined and unchanging. The relationship with my colleagues is built on trust and honesty since we work with confidential data. I have learned the art of information and data collection and dissemination. I enjoy the flexibility of my job and the independence I have over my work. and most challenging aspect is getting management involved in the knowledge management initiative.

Pros: Unique industry i.e. Nuclear
Cons: No growth.
