Interacting at EXCO and Board level.

No two days are the same. One day I could be briefing EXCO and the Board on legal cases or risk and the next I could be attending the CCMA for conciliation. I love the challenges and the fact that one never gets bored doing the same thing over and over again.

Pros: Ability to engage at all levels within the company
Cons: Political interference and disregard for corporate governance.

Necsa is a good company in nuclear.

Working for Necsa is very challenging, the workforce for the organisation is very dynamic. you deal with Scientist and Engineers that are rated and recognized internationally. The employees are generally friendly people who are always willing to help someone else to develop further in their career. yes there are those few cases where you deal with the most difficult employees, mostly the those who are specialists in their areas. The company has a gym and flexi working hours and management is very flexible in managing employees. generally employees are highly qualified in company.

Pros: Great opportunities for career growth
