Kick started my career as an auditor
I joined NBC as a junior auditor, I feel like I have learner everything that I can possibly learn in the company . The job has become monotonous and I would like to move on and learn more about auditing and gain more experience.

Perfect learning environment
Good day All I started working in 2006 serving my articles at Hugo and Venter Accountants and in 2008 I joined NBC Holdings as a Fund Accountant. Through hard work and dedication I managed to consistenly improve and I am currently in the position of Fund Manager. My working career has allowed me to gained valuable and extensive knowledge of Retirement Fund Industry to the point where I am currently a confident manager with an extensive accounting background. All in all my main goal is to guide others toward a common goal, showing the way by example, and creating an environment in which other team members feel actively involved. Great for exposure
It’s an EB company, it demands a lot of attention to detail because it deals with peoples money. In order for them to have a buy in or clients trust them there has to be a certain level of trust & guarantee that their money is not only safe but it’s with a reputable company. The Audit department is an in-house, it’s very small meaning there is a lot of work spread amongst 3 auditors (including me as an intern & excluding the manager) There’s always something to do. The work pressure is ok

Exellent learning opportunities
I work as an investment advisor ,so I have really flexible hours My day to day involves me meeting with clients and give them investment advice I have an amazing relationship with my coworkers ,and I enjoy being in the office I have learned a lot about the employee benefit industry I enjoy meeting with clients mostly Commission aspect of my job would be the most challenging part ,I love everything else about it

Excellent learning curve
Excellent learning curve, had a great opportunity to expand my knowledge of the employee benefits industry. The jnr. Consulting gave me great in site into the trustees the boards and running of the funds.

I had an excellent experience
Employees will have to work long hours without compensation in order to meet deadlines due to short staff Ii used to have good work relationship with my team player I have learned patience and dedication, loyalty take my job as my first priority good communication. Become more attentive to details do things right the first time Seeing an email of appreciationearly

Wonderful Mangement and Staff
