The current role requires one to be always on your toes,due to a need to guide and assist managers on day to day matters. I really enjoy the trust and relationship HR has within the organisation. There is also a lot of learning with regards to connections that one builds by assisting our people.
Pros: Excellent ,professional organisation. High ethics expected.

a typical work day is very busy with organization, account payments, data capturing, meeting Co-Ordination, Our relationship with co-workers is great, every body is helpful and we all are willing to put in the work that is needed to make our company successful , I have learnt a lot when it comes to dead lines, time efficiency, professionalism. the most challenging aspects of the job, can be last minute preparation of minutes or late account invoices that come in and need to be processed before month end . but with dedication and commitment it gets done.
Pros: oppurtunity to grow and chance to study

Effecient, and always pay attention to deatail, working with numbers that is vitall
In the years I've worked for NBC I've learned to i prioritize my work outputs. I think the most ist valuable lesson i learnt was to be confident with different people from all walks of life. I adapt well to the changing demands of ckients, woek well under pressure. I work well with co-workers and can also work independently. I always strive to demonstrate professionalism even even when dealing with crisis.
Pros: There's great opportunity for growth, started as a receptionist and now im a Senior Fund Accountant.
Cons: We have flexi hours, however one is required to work atleast 8 hours as per the company policy.

Excellent learning curve
NBC has fulfilled my short term goal of working within the insurance industry and that has a been a good learning curve. I work within a team of 7 people and I manage 4 clerks. I have learnt so much about people management and the importance of working within a team and having to provide leadership skills as well. The insurance industry has really been an eye opener for me because I get to work with claims,premiums and debit orders to name a few. It has given me the behind the scenes experience and understanding that I have been longing for.

Excellent learning curve
Excellent learning curve, had a great opportunity to expand my knowledge of the employee benefits industry. The jnr. Consulting gave me great in site into the trustees the boards and running of the funds.

The company I work for is NBC Holdings, I have been working there for 5 years now, it is a great company and good management. Me leaving the company has nothing to do with me being up happy but it's about me wanting to grow as a person.

Exposed to a different and challenging industry
Good working environment. Excellent co-workers. Typical day includes not having time to have proper lunch. However there is growth within limited growth in the department. There is only so much learning one can have. perks is that the work culture is amazing. all co-workers are friendly well at most times. I enjoy the challenges as much as the lessons that come from being in the company.

Excellent place to gain experience
I have gained alot of experience in regards to working in a large organisation and assisting alot of users with IT related problems on a daily basis. My knowledge of Desktop, Networking and Servers has increased alot, and also assisting users remotely and telephonically. I am also studying cisco routing and switching to further increase the knowledge and network skills that i currently have to handle more responsibilities in terms of the company. After that i will focus more on the server side of the IT field. I am a hard working and fast learner and able to work under pressure and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
