What was supposed to be research turned out to be administration.
I struggle to work there because the organisational culture is childish and vindictive. People do not work, they just sit around chatting, taking extended tea and lunch breaks and promptly leave at 16h00 not matter what state the work is in. I have learnt not to share anything about my personal life with anyone, not to voice opinions and not to always say “yes” to whatever someone asks me to do – I usually do not have the time.Truth be told, I enjoy the high salary the most, but admit I am miserable in the office. The most challenging aspects of the job is staying out of the politics, concentrating on my work within a cacophony of conversation around me, dealing with rude and frankly, aggressive co-workers. I have been told more than once not to show up too early or stay too late because I make the others look bad.

One of the best learning organisation
On a day to day I consult with employees in the OCPO on all HR matters and provide advise accordingly. I enjoy the freedom to apply my initiatives when providing solutions to my clients.

I come from a solid technical background with a strong interest in business and a passion towards and I The come from a solid technical background with a strong interest in business and a passion towards strategy and achievement of business objectives which entails development of supported and implemented enterprise business strategies and policies. My area of focus and interest varies from quantitative analysis to project management with the aim to implement and manage sound corporate governance practices and policies. I have maintained value add to the organisations through a well-balanced program of study, a personal qualities of commitment, and initiative that have helped the organisation to attain desired goals and also helps to build leadership and team building qualities.
Pros: I fully understand how important it is to have great team dynamics in today’s multi-disciplinary business environment.
Cons: it is through strategy consulting that I can use my analytical aptitude and creative problem solving skills to their fullest.

I have worked at National Treasury as Information Technology Intern. I have also worked at Gijima Technology People as System Support Intern for one year and also as a Call Centre agent for 3 months. I have experience in most business productivity software packages and operating systems and have a keen understanding on how they interact with other systems. I work well independently as well as in group settings where I am skilled at contributing to the team. I am skilled at providing all sides of computer support such as troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance.

I have been doing data analysis and working with pivot tables for almost ten years. providing financial data for publications. Compile reports (Expenditure, Revenue and asset and Liabilities. Monitoring the budget and expenditure of departments.Implementation of policies Analysing departmental databases ensuring correctness and quality according to classification standards.

Great transfer skill experience
Sound, progressive, matured and highly professional environment. Good learning and delopment. Great exposure to the budget process and different periods. Great leadership and support from Seniors and colleagues.

Not much work to do.
Ththe environment is good but there's little room for personal growth. There is hardlyy anything to do but can utilise time for firthering your studies. Company pays for studies and there's no limit on the amount they are paying for tuition fees.
Pros: Great place to complete your studies
