Good writing and communication skills

A typical work day in the Research Office involves distributing emails, scheduling meetings and attending to incoming calls. In my experiential training i have demonstrated the following: good time management, interpersonal skills and professionalism in the workplace. i enjoy working my work at the Office as it is not limited to my job responsibilities; most of my work daily activities are on voluntary, i enjoy helping colleagues. I believe that it is my duty to ensure that i offer support where possible in order for them to spend more time on activities that are more stressful. The most challenging aspect of my job includes capturing a lot of data that must always be captured in a correct way to avoid confusions.

Pros: Adminstration
Cons: long working hours without remuneration

I am also well versed in Employee relations due to experience gained in the Private Security Industry. Have done training administration which entails the drafting of Workplace Skills Plans together with the training budgets and other employee matrices for the business unit to be presented to the Head of Human Resources. Excellent work experienced gained

- check in in the morning at 07h45 and I knock off at 16h15 almost everyday from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and holidays - I have a very good relationship with my other colleagues and we never argued -I learnt a lot of things eversince I started working here including teaching experience - I enjoy spending time with learners discussing some challenges that they face and I was also motivating them, encouraging them not to give up -the challenging thing about my job is that I am afraid that it has to come to and end by 30 june 2018 since it is contractual based.

Pros: Still getting more experience and learning alot of new things
Cons: long working hours and lot of things to do

Good organisation

Work is repetitive year in and year out. The work is dependable on other people which this can be very stressing in a sense that you have to wait for people's responses of which you do not have control over, as a result, your performance can go down.

Pros: Great collegues
Cons: Same work over and over again
