working at nashua has a open an honest relationship with the employees and managers. managers at nashua are always welcoming i have learnt how to work on pattons and panasonic pabx systems

Does not look after their staff

Nashua does not treat their staff decently and their is no room for growth even if they tell you there is . I have amazing clients. There is also constant rumours of retrenchments and people being moved and shuffled around within the company. Taking leave is more effort than what it is worth as you are constantly cross questioned .

I am excellent in terms of electronic plus mechanical engineering.

I ntsikelelo ivan james hereby applying for the job. I do have IT diploma, air conditioning and refrigeration. Very good in electronics. Having my own tools eg multimeter, soldering iron, blower, laptop, portable roeter etc

Great learning experience

Nashua is a very dynamic company to work for. The atmosphere and people are friendly and team mangement is excellent. The company is open to new ideas and suggestions.

Learning curve

Was happy learing new things, open the office banking see to clients sell products did office duties. Loved working with most of the staff great team building days and get togethers. Overall company has a amazing work energy.

Western cape

Moving to Paarl soon so I need to make a career change I’ve been enjoying working for Nashua, corporate accounts like Shoprite, Parmalat university of Stellenbosch as well as new business and existing client base in the designated area. I also managed to gain much experience during this time with internet FTTB & FTTH I’m a solid rep & will be able to send my commission sheets to the company upon request.

No routines - new things

Days differ everyday when you are in projects department, depending how many project one needs to attend to, other days there's less projects. We work well with co-workers, we are a team, we need each other and we respect each other. I have learned a lot - in project you don't do thing alone, you work together unlike other department like accounts, you are able to work alone. I enjoy different projects we get, the uniqueness of projects - develops you, stretches you etc. Challenges are when people delay to respond, that time you're chasing a deadline.
