Good learning gurve

Presurised enviroment. Attention to detail critical. Friendly enviroment. Co-operative associates. Management has their favourites and does not hide it. Too few meetings and encouragements on lower level and no motivational speeches. Limited training. More rules and less communication as to do's and dont's. Demanding requirements and presurised last minute request. Always pursue excellent service to clients. Best quality provided. On time deliveries.

Pros: No opportunity available for growth
Cons: Dont get remuniration ehen working overtime.

Learning curve

I've been exposed to different kind of people day in day out had the best collegues team players. I was introduced to different brands of Printers learned new procedures it was a great learning curve, but I'm just a contractor

Working at Nashua IT Stellenbosch

Our team all worked remotely, from our homes. Workday would start with a project meeting - setting goals for the day, discussing any problems anyone might have. For the rest of the day, everyone would carry on with the task allocated to them, collaborating with other team members when required. Within our team, there is a family atmosphere, and we work well together.Our

Cons: Not many opportunities for promotion. We had a flat structure .

Excellent learning curve working with the army

My job at Nashua was to meet with client and scope projects for development. A typical work day would include starting at 8 and morning meeting with my manager, then planning my days events meeting with clients or building solutions. On mondays we plan our work for the week and follow up on meetings and deadlines that need to be met on schedule, we design solutions for a rtange of clients using wordpress, javascript, PHP and mobile applications.

Pros: Got to work remotely
Cons: Poor management

Excellent learning

I'm happy it's a very good and learning experience, I'm getting along with co-workers.. Though I'm a documents clerk bt I get to do different work everyday.The most thing I enjoy is trying a different task from what I know it can be challenging bt I get to know it and excel on it

Does not look after their staff

Nashua does not treat their staff decently and their is no room for growth even if they tell you there is . I have amazing clients. There is also constant rumours of retrenchments and people being moved and shuffled around within the company. Taking leave is more effort than what it is worth as you are constantly cross questioned .

Pros: Love the client
Cons: Managment @ Nashua is not flexible
