I am a hard working person and have a will to succeed

Manufacture glass bottles. Lubricating the machine and checking the quality of the bottles or defects. Some of the defects are visi le and I record the problems which I experience in the machine

No growth opportunity

The company does not believe in upgrading employee skills. They believe in people from outside to come with skills. The is no proper reporting structures in departments and training requirements for employees are not met. There is no growth

Excellent learning curve

i have just startedbin the company but already the work load is heavy, i work 12 hours a day from 6am to 6pm, it is straining as i have no time for anything else

Experience gained

- I am currently working shift with my stuff compliment of 50+ employees. 8 hour shifts even on weekends because of the nature of operations. I also work long hours when required by the business. - I have a good relationship with the workforce but I am firm where there is evidence of non compliance to company procedures. - I continue to grow in how to manage diverse workforce. We have 3 strong unions operating on site and I have done well in dealing with all of labour issues. - I generally enjoy delivering on my KPIs everyday as I have passion for what I do. - Its dealing with the people and politics that comes from time to time. Self development in dealing with IR issues in this job is very critical.

Disappointing for listed company

Sadly quite disappointing. Lacks maturity you'll find and expect in big corporations. Lacks structure, success planning and managerial skills. Extremely low skilled though highly paid individuals
