A wonderful learning experience and catalyst for creativity and growth.

Working for Discovery was a huge learning exprofessionally and emotionally. I was challenged to be more creative and perience. I was challenged to be more creative and more pro-active. I got to hone my problem solving and customer service skills,

Pros: Wonderful working environment

I have not yet worked as i am studying

i have worked on my teams project at campus in campus my team and i had great relationships by listen and finding each others strengths , the one thing i learnt is that i am all was learning something new each day, in the team it was sometimes hard to make sure every submits there work

Graduate

Although I am a graduate ,I I learnt many things at university such as working with team members as well as company , deadlines and customer research. I probably learnt most during the time of brand challenge which is when teams work together with a brand and aim to meet their desired goals. During this time marketing strategies and campaigns needed to be developed as well as other things like competitors analysis. For two years in a row i was a team leader and did exceptionally well due to the fact that I enjoyed it and enjoyed learning

Experience

The company offered great services and great learning path for workers and we all were treated fair, so everyone learned alot from the company and its managed was great. We all had a good relationship within employees and customers and the management.

Excellent learning curve

I am currently a student doing honours, I haven't worked at any company previously. However, I went straight to honours after completing my undergraduate degree

Excellent learning curve
