Excellent learning curve

It was a funeral parlour business and I help with the administration of the business. Helped WITH client service, purchasing and ordering caskets, filing and data capture of client details, stock taking , Funeral preparations. I was always in the office helping with financing .I worked 8 hours a day..

Pros: Great working opportunity to gain work experience

I am not at Louw&Coetzee anymore. I left in May due to covid

• Building Plans/Title deeds • Arranging Compliance certificate's(inspections), and scheduled maintenance • Ensuring supplier quotes and invoices are correct and submitted for payment • Ordering of office supplies, logging support calls • Ensuring FICA requirements are met • Switchboard and reception duties • Scheduling and attending meetings and taking minutes • Managing databases and filing systems • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients • Conducting research on behalf of the manager. • Training of new staff members. • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence (typing) • Updating and maintaining websites such as - Property 24; Private Property; CRM; Propdata; IOL ecs. • HR duties – management of sick leave; maternity leave, annual leave • Preparing or updating employment records, key’s, and alarm systems.
