Fast paced enviroment, great company culture and employees

It was one of the best companies I've worked for. Great staff company culture and values. Lots of room to learn new skills and grow within the company. I only left because it was contract based and in the sales department. I have a passion for customer service/admin and sales is not my strong suit.

Pros: Room for growth, efforts are noticed, open door policy

• Acquiring new customer sales through the Retail store and promotions and • Up-selling existing customers from narrowband products to a variety of converting to sales. • Broadband solutions and/or a combination of various products and services offered by MWEB Connect. • Providing exceptional product knowledge on a variety of MWEB Connect • In outlet: – accountable for cash and stock – accountable for sales – • Manage the following: – Warranties – Repairs – Returns • Monitor and report against asset register. • Liaison with support teams internally on any problem areas. • Keep abreast with the latest technology and packages on offer via training.

It was an exciting opportunity and a great experience of learning to cope under work pressure

We deal with customer queries,it may be over the phone or writing a customer an e-mail regarding the help they need. Improving customer product or giving them information that helps them on having a great experience whilst using our products.

Pros: It's a healthy environment to work at.
Cons: Salary can't cover all my needs

Very poor Remuneration structure, poor management skills, poor people management skills

I am a top performer the only person in my team performing, the colleagues are OK, friendly but always stressed. Poor skills development is the crucial factor that makes them not he best choice. i was promised so much but upon appointment realized i was duped into the post, Poor remunerations structure, dishonest hiring processes.

Pros: It is a job for now.

Great team work enviroment

Start with the team morning meetings to discuss daily strategies. Theteam work enviroment madeit very possible to have great relationships with colleagues. Great training and supervion have given me great communication and customer service skills.

Excellent stepping stone

Working at mweb is a great stepping stone if you looking at building an IT career unfortunately growth is very slow it could take you years and years to move onto another level. The culture at mweb is very diverse and you get to learn how to deal with different personalities. In my time at mweb i have learnt that patience plays a big role in this industry.
