No value to the employee
I wouldn't recommend anyone with 1 or more years of working experience to take up a sales role at Mustek. The wages are way too low for any family man or woman to sufficiently take care of the household & family needs on a daily, or recurring basis. Room for growth is almost nonexistent and admin personnel are being laid off to make room to beef up the sales force with more low sales consultant at a much lower income, but increase monthly revenue.

Just making it
This company does not adhere to the country's legislation at all they can just be bad and not see a black mans sweat at all- I wanna work in an environment where there is a bit of noticing that you go the extra mile to get things done only because you love your job not because you have to Wish I can get a job where one gets noticed for all they do not only when something went wrong you gotta meet the boss but the boss comes there to just say hi and get to know the workers because they are the ones running the company

CAREAR GROWTH
- My relationship with co-workers I am a member of a help desk, which is a team of over 10 members. I use emails and telephone to communicate with them. - What I have learnt. I have learned that people have different characters and attitudes towards things and I need to respect that so to achieve a set goal and target. - What i enjoy most I enjoy meeting new people, offering help and coming up with solutions when handling queries. - The most challenging aspects of the job Not knowing if the person you are helping is happy with your help.

Fun, relationship with co-workers is perfect, learned good customer service
Very god company to work for. Great opportunities to grow within the company. I love the culture. Company is a great place to stay in. The culture is just so amazing, you feel at home.

working for this company to me is a very good opportunity for me personally because i learn alot from this company starting from the bottom on how to deliver what youb have promised to make the company to reach it objective, and how to be a great leader within the organisation,i may say i have a good relationship with my co-workers because im a person who believe in team work ,the is nothing i hate about my job im just looking for something new and more challenging to improve my work skills

Okay Dynamic company to work for, strives for excellence, and leading IT support and destributor. Company teaches you a lot. Only problem is salary. You work at the highest level of service with the government and other big companies in South Africa

Im hard worker ,great time keeper ,with good communication
im a great team player who is learning each and everyday ,i have a great relationship with my co-workers because i learn alot from them and we make a great team ,the most challenges i came accross in my job is that i concrete on one thing at a time ,i willing to learn without limit ....

Great exposure to the working environment
I have 12 years working experience in the Supply chain/ Logistic field that has exposed me to the working environment and teamwork. I have knowledge and experience in Procurement (International and Local), Transport (Air, Ocean, Road and inland) My current position is a supervisor: Inbound Shipping for an ICT Company
