National Credit Manager (Contract)
Quite a busy environment. It is a distribution of IT equipment but business equivalent to the FMCG environment. Well disciplined organising, synergies and harmony prevails both work and employee relations. I have learnt that everyday you must be flexible because you plan the things to do that day but then quite a lot of changes. Challenges is when the sales team demand the impossible; e.g. want credit granted to customers that are not credit worthy due to default or adverse info. be as it may; they are also important to the company (sales), so you need to help them and guide then accordingly.
Pros: It is a diversified company, vibrant and always busy keeping every one on their toes.
Cons: You learnt a lot about technology, a lot about innovation of the computer world.

Attending training
Hi, i have a very much respect and a very healthy relationship with my employers an my fellow colleagues. I Have learnt a whole new system in a short space of time, as mush as i did not to IT at school but i have learn so much about it components and so forth. receiving a bulk on a daily basis is the mos challenging part since you have to check if everything is in place.
Pros: hard work pays

CAREAR GROWTH
- My relationship with co-workers I am a member of a help desk, which is a team of over 10 members. I use emails and telephone to communicate with them. - What I have learnt. I have learned that people have different characters and attitudes towards things and I need to respect that so to achieve a set goal and target. - What i enjoy most I enjoy meeting new people, offering help and coming up with solutions when handling queries. - The most challenging aspects of the job Not knowing if the person you are helping is happy with your help.

Just making it
This company does not adhere to the country's legislation at all they can just be bad and not see a black mans sweat at all- I wanna work in an environment where there is a bit of noticing that you go the extra mile to get things done only because you love your job not because you have to Wish I can get a job where one gets noticed for all they do not only when something went wrong you gotta meet the boss but the boss comes there to just say hi and get to know the workers because they are the ones running the company
