Excellent workforce, getting used to making targets before the day ends.
The typical day at work, was sort of normal unless it’s month end. Meaning a lot of sale targets and making sure that your work is done on time. What I’ve learnt at the Retail Industry, is that hard work pays off, creating bonds with the customers and actually enjoying what you’re best st. As for me, I’d be making sales and keeping customers happy yet making sure my service is top notch

Excellent computer and communication skills.
Enjoy working with people and planning ahead on the job that needs to be done. I get along with people easily leads to good relationship with all staff members. I always want to learn new things that will help me grow within the company and implement new strategies that will help company grow profit wise. I have learnt working under pressure making sure that I do not procrastinate and working efficiently all the time.The most challenging is when there is more load of working and experiencing shortage of staff members. I would work extra hours and get less day off.

Have learned from people
Merchandising stock, Cashier, Price changers and most importantly customer service. I make everyone laugh with my humor, do not take credit for it but it is my personality. I've learned more about myself because i can be myself in my working environment on a professional basis. What i enjoy most is customer service and making customers smile bright enough until you can count it as a laugh. Nothing is much challenging only re-merchandising stock after customers have placed it at different places making it hard for you to find stock you looking for.

Excellent learning curve
Being able to learn and gain experience have income in order for one to be able to live and work on archiving big , and being loyal to the company and keep the company's information disclosed ,also gain good reference for feature opportunities in the working environment.

Excellent learning curve
Working at Musica is basically a nice thing. Meet new people daily and loving the music industry. I work well with my co-workers mutual understanding all around. I have learnt to be humble and acknowledge every individual. What I like the most is the vibe.

Very entertaining and sales developing
Maintaining the status of the Company.house keeping and a focused sales drive.keeping our customers happy always. Being friendly helpful.maintaining stock on the floor and always on the outlook for shop-Lifters. I loved working with my co workers good relationship with each other and always respected each other. I enjoy helping customers.most of all is seeing my customers are happy with big smiles on their faces as they leaving the store. Paper work is always being one of my biggest challenges..and dealing with very difficult customers.promotions and is always stress especially if we not having stock. But jah i love retail..its fun and I've learned to be responsible and always push myself beyond my limits.

Receiving stork,being a chasier,we work together as a team target driven,i learned a lot administration,and the customer journey,and up selling ,i enjoy selling cd and software,most challenging is late shift.

Excellent leaning carve
its been a training college to work for musica, it brings all the elements that retail is all about. hard ,drive, strong will, resilience, go getter. meeting new people evry day from all works off life around the globe has been the most amassing for me. music every day in my head still resonate, the level off customer service u need to keep is something no one can take away from me. high end customers can make or brake yo day if u dnt knw yo game.

Always ready for new challenges
Love working with people..i always have a way of making someone smile.I've learned that in order for us be successful in what we do..we have to have discipline and respect.work is never hard unless you don't enjoy what you doing.The best moments is when you see n customer happy coming in and going out of the store..thats when you know you build up regular customers and that is good for business..a regular customer brings new customers. The most boring part of the job or say challenges was putting up new promotions and you dont have all the stock on hand.sometimes doing paper work that is behind.
