I left MTN cos the contract was becomes to an end

Daily invoicing queries from the customers that need speed typing to make a good relationship between two parties was excellent,time frame from line manager was positively as was encouragement,learning to work under pressure and that was absolutely giving good attention of what I need in future even to work in a big companies, challenges was my most part of work that was makes me to enjoy working in that umbrella(MTN),sometimes the absenteeism of my fellow workers gives another challenges course during their absenteeism have to occupy their daily task in short period of time in order to keep the customers

I have a year sales experience and 7 years call centre experience and studied public relations.

During my tenure as a sales person I was able to get clients like audi, corolla and standard bank to do business with us. During my time at mbd credit solutions I got an opportunity to be a team leader of a team and manage them.

Rich exposure to knowledge and training. Beautiful culture.

Unstructured, ambiguous work day Lot of stakeholder daily engagements Great culture, full of young vibrant individuals and management. Learnt a lot in terms of project management, the principles of migrating an operating company to a shred services environment. Leant tax, legislations of other countries within MTN. Enjoy the rich developmental programmes provided. Challenging aspect is ambiguity and opportunity for promotions.

Great exposure

MTN offers great exposure as we work with more than 18 countries in Africa and the middle east. Great training opppotunities are given to staff for upskilling and staying on par with industry standards.
