Excellent learning curve

Working at Mr Price is a great opportunity to start off because it teaches you the basics of dealing with customers and how important customers are to a business .we are called store associate due to we do everything in the shop no one has a specific job so I can pack stock and be at the cash desk at the same time .we so not have a say how we are scheduled the manger decides for using have learnt how to communicate with customers in a polite manner even when. Customer is difficult

MULTI TASKS

I NORMALLY WORK 35HRS IN A WEEK,IVE DEVELOP TEAMWORK SKILLS AND DECISION MAKING AS A TEAM.I ENJOY DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS DAILY MEETING DIFFERENT PEOPLE.IT BECAME A CHALLENGE WHEN A CUSTOMER DDNT GET AN ITEM THAH HE/SHE WAS LOOKING FOR,BUT WE HAD A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS.

Management skills

Team work and taking the company to greater height . To reach my goals be an all rounder. Believe in the golden rule. Know your product and add on sales. First impression lasts. Customer is always the priority. Like what you are doing. People skills to be considered. Manner of approach. Deal with a problem a professional way.

Pros: Meet my goals and become an asset to the company

Was meeting customer's needs

I've learn how must i communicate with customers..customer's serious, my relationship with co workers was excellent we were helping each other share ideas...was enjoy to help customers learn new things each and every day...

Quick thinker, patient, good listening skills, have good eye for detail.

Customer service is one of my strongest point, mainly on understanding the customers problem and needs. I am an easy going person, like interacting with people and i am a fast learner. Also can put customer and other people first. I can work under pressure, professional, honest, ethical, accountable, open-minded and have a sense of integrity. I find solutions whenever is needed, determined and always want to achieve more. Also like trying and learning new skills to improve and better myself

Pros: when a customer not sure what to choose or buy, then i would let them know about our promotions
Cons: long hours are worth it whenever the company's target is met

Good learning curve

I worked as a casual worker at MR Price it was a good experience and I got a job at the Protea Medical Center where I learned a lot it was an excellent learning experience unfortunately nthe Doctor passed away

Excellent communication skills, good eye fore detial,go the extra mille,reaching targets

Customer service is one of my strongest point, mainly on understanding the customer problem and needs, making me one of the best salesman in the month of August 2016. My duties are; stock receiving; machendising; teller; sales man etc. I can work under pressure, professional, honest, ethical, accountable, open-minded and have a sense of integrity. I find solutions whenever is needed, determined and always want to achieve more. Also like trying and learning new skills to improve and better myself.

Have gained stock control and merchandise

Mr price home is a great learning curve of this retail sales industry as the skills gained will be having a good communication skills and telephone etiquette but it wasn't easy as there's difficult customers wrong order and complaints

Assistant manager

I was worked with Mrp home from 2006 ,I started @ the tills as chashier ,I got promoted to be a floor manager from there another promotion to be admin manager from 2008 to 2011 ,I moved up to Assistant manager until 2015 .I resigned because of same deferences .I worked in Mrp home with good people ,they never give me difficulties ,I was a key holder of the store ,dealing with customer complains .motivating stuff ,ordering stationery ,authorising @ the tills,filling store paper work ,issuing warnings when is necessary ,I m Fikile Moraine Mfuphi
