Great experience, learning about the company calture and people's behaviors

It was great learning experience, I enjoy my interaction with the clusters,, cture was not really conducive to my personality. Growth is limited.. I felt stuck as store manager and it would have taken me years to move to the next level.

I have work at mr price home from 2014 to 2017 .I believe that the organization can still improve some part to become more and more productive ..Mr price home is a large company in South Africa and Africa

Personal growth

hi my typical working day starts with me checking the previous email incase there are some that I'm missed and if there are work on them and give feedback or submit reports if needed and go through my diary to see what to prioritize on the day. My most enjoyable moments of my work is when I have managed to have assisted someone be it on a personal or work related matter; that alone makes my day as I love working and helping people whichever way possible. My most challenging moments is when I have to take care of the whole region when the OPS coordinator is on leave; as much as its challenging its doable.

Fast learner

I am a dynamic team player with good communication and I am always ready to think outside the box to make sure that my store is a step ahead of the rest. I am a hands on leader who develops a good relationship with my staff and working environment that is relaxed and customers focused. I love my job because we share the same vision. The greatest challenge I've faced in my career to date has to be the key role i played in helping my company survive the recession.

I learnt a lot

I learnt a lot because you do everything from receiving stock to merchandising and dealing with difficult customer . Doing admin and working the till

Excellent learning curve

Working at Mr Price is a great opportunity to start off because it teaches you the basics of dealing with customers and how important customers are to a business .we are called store associate due to we do everything in the shop no one has a specific job so I can pack stock and be at the cash desk at the same time .we so not have a say how we are scheduled the manger decides for using have learnt how to communicate with customers in a polite manner even when. Customer is difficult

Good learning curve

I worked as a casual worker at MR Price it was a good experience and I got a job at the Protea Medical Center where I learned a lot it was an excellent learning experience unfortunately nthe Doctor passed away
