Excellent communication skills and organising skills

This has been a pefect company to work in. I am a person who is passionate in handling customer complaints. It has taught me to be an emotionally mature leader. I mold individuals to a team. The company is very suportive of its employees and it deals with issues without delay. Handling people who are very sensitive and intolerant about very monor issues.

Cons: visited by drunkards who always cause problems and unnecessary complaints

Excellent learning experience

I've had the best working days of my life. Had the best leaders who led by example. My team was amazing because we worked as a team Helped each other solve guests problems. I loved administrating for department. Everything was clear. Enjoyed my work

Hard worker

I like to work as a team and I'm also able to work as an individual. I pay attention to detail and always assist where possible. I also like to do analysis on the financial spending.

Learning curve

Typical day at work will be havingdifficult customers who don't give you a chance to explain pay table when there s a dispute. Relationship with colleagues is very good as I have been allocated few with few of them to mentor and coach them. I have learnt that people are different culture wise and one need to respect their culture as we are different individuals who wants to be treated different and made feel special. I enjoy interacting with people listening to what they experience and hopefully learn something from their experiences. The most challenging part is when you have to do corrective discussions with my junior staff. Some will respect and adhere to what is expected of them and some will be so difficult o such an extend that I will ask the manager to intervene.

Good company

I have been a flexible shift worker, servicing all types of guest efficiently and with intergrity. Tsogo Sun has values, “ teamwork and Ownership” is one of them. Teaches all employees to respect and work well with each other. My long term expirience in the service industry has thought me how to meet and exceed customer expectations. Keeping our customers happy and seeing them coming back with happy faces makes me happy. The challenge is to understanding what the customers wants and delivering it with something extra. Some customers sometimes are unable to expalain thier problems. It is normal as customers dont know the processes.

I have learned a lot when coming to administration, Customer service

The most challenging aspect of my job is having to leave work the next day due to deadlines. apart from that I have the best relationship with my colleagues and suppliers. I have learned good customer relations with our guests internally and externally. meeting all my deadlines makes me happy

Cons: if i have to stay behind just to complete my job then so be it
