I have experience and perfome to my best level.

I have successfully been able to perfome at the best level. All task given to me are not challnages as i make it a point that i get best results be it planning and coordinating staff events or challanges in other general job tasks. I am also a PA to the property team which covers a huge amount of work and learning along the process. What i enjoyed the most while in the HR general position was Recruitment and Selection and in my current position i love the most employee relations- planning staff events and getting staff benefits. I still have a lot to learn and achieve i bealive given a chance.

Pros: Working environment, Being part of the great team, working towards success that is visible.

Ive been at database, geust relations and currently VIP Services administrator

my job is very challenging but I have the best team ever. we work collectively in archiving our goals as per our department. I love my job so much because I also get to interact with suppliers and building good relationships is amazing

I have really learned a lot

my job is challenging especially month end. but I love what I do and I do it passionately. I've also build good relationships with customers internally and our suppliers. at times I leave the next day but if Im able to meet my deadlines so be it. I love my team so much

YES IT WAS A VERY EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

WORKING AT CASINO WAS THE MOST DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE I NEVER HAD. THOUGH WE WERE WORKING VERY HARD PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY, I HAD THE BEST CO- WORKERS EVER. WE ALL HAD A TEAM SPIRIT. I HAVE LEARN SO MUCH LIKE DIFFERENT PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT CULTURES.I HAVE ALSO LEARN THE REAL VALUE OF MONEY. I ENJOYED MOST WHEN WE WERE HAVING CHALLENGES AND BEING ABLE TO SOLVE THEM. THE MOST CHALLENGING THING WAS HAVING TO DEAL WITH A DIFFICULT CUSTOMER AND BE ABLE TO MAKE THAT CUSTOMER HAPPY AT THE END

Montecasino is excellent for gaining experience

Being a cashier at montecasino is not about selling a product and giving out change, it's about selling great service, something that makes our guests to choose us everyday instead of other casinos, my typical day at work starts with a positive attitude and a smile, I check the float allocated to make and make sure my booth is neat and all stationery is ready, my job includes keeping guests informed about new promotions and benefits, it includes attracting new guests to be part of our membership programme, it includes keeping old clients excited and entertained. My job includes paying close attention to detail, reporting any suspicious behaviour or fraud. It includes protecting our guests and staff from any uneccesary exposure and keeping confidential information about our company or clients, my day ends with balancing the float to zero making sure I don't over pay or short pay guests

Excellent organisational culture

I am working for a Gaming and entertainment industry, it is always exciting working up everyday to meet new challenges everyday is different. Employees are vibrant they are happy and we always have promotions for staff to enjoy with their families which is exciting. Working with different managers is always a pleasant on they understand the learning culture and the need to train their staff.

Pros: Great place to work for.

Improved skills

Registration of new guest opening their rewards cards. Former colleagues were amazing in all aspects they helped me learn the system and most of them were very helpful and approachable. Patience can get me everywhere and I was able to communicate freely with guest with a smile all the time. And what made me maintain my form were compliments I get from the guests. I like interacting with new people daily. When they are draw dates and events on the same day it was demanding taking short breaks not a full lunch compromising to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

I have learned a lot when coming to administration, Customer service

The most challenging aspect of my job is having to leave work the next day due to deadlines. apart from that I have the best relationship with my colleagues and suppliers. I have learned good customer relations with our guests internally and externally. meeting all my deadlines makes me happy

Cons: if i have to stay behind just to complete my job then so be it

Good company

I have been a flexible shift worker, servicing all types of guest efficiently and with intergrity. Tsogo Sun has values, “ teamwork and Ownership” is one of them. Teaches all employees to respect and work well with each other. My long term expirience in the service industry has thought me how to meet and exceed customer expectations. Keeping our customers happy and seeing them coming back with happy faces makes me happy. The challenge is to understanding what the customers wants and delivering it with something extra. Some customers sometimes are unable to expalain thier problems. It is normal as customers dont know the processes.
