I am a hard worker, a good listener, energetic, organised person who can communicate well with people and maintain a high standard of work under pressure, be able to work independently and work best in team. I enjoy working with people/clients and making sure that they leave the company happy and satisfied. I am a kind of person who is always willing to assist wherever I can by doing my best in the working environment. I am keen to learn new things in the working environment.

Pros: I have learned a lot at this company because i am now exposed to the office environment and gained a lot of experience in working with clients.
Cons: I would love to be given an opportunity to work in your company.

Excellent team dynamics

A vibrant culture, we are work in self organising/manage teams and get opportunities to always take leadership roles. The COP facilitates the highest standards for the members, ensuring that quality is maintained across board, there is focus on mentorship and development. The job is high pressured and fast paced, with constant changes and it therefore require agility. The culture and the people are the best things about this company, the interactions between several teams also makes it a constant challenge and there is no room for boredom.

Pros: Excellent learning opportunities.
Cons: Limited room for growth within the department

Learning curve

Good Day I consider myself an extrovert who works well as an individual but also functions extremely well as part of a team. I set high standards for myself and strive to achieve these both in my personal and career lives. I never shy away from wanting to learn and develop new skills in order for me to attain the company’s short, medium and long term goals. I am prepared to and which I usually do, is to work on my own time in order to get to the level of knowing the business and all procedures and processes. Good environment for personal growth.

My day to day activities include the responsibilities and duties of a KI, recruitment, practice management, budgeting, forecasting, achievement of sales targets, ensuring the correct resources are available to planners when necessary, ensuring contractual obligations are met from all parties concerned, assisting with marketing plans, building strong relationships with all stakeholders within Momentum. I have learnt that most of all the best achievements are attained through positive collaborations and mutual respect. I enjoy Momentum for the entrepreneurial spirit in the recognition of the individual adding value to the team and company. The challenge in my environment is training new to industry planners as this has never been the Momentum focus. However, I am fortunate enough to have had experience in that area and therefore have spent a lot of extra time putting training manuals together and setting up relevant training to compensate for it.

Pros: I have been in the insurance industry so long now that it is a way of life and I do not see the cons anymore. Just opportunity through challenges.
Cons: I don't see any cons as mentioned above.

Exellent learning curve and development

I currently work for MMI holding as a reconciliation specialist. I resolve all queries and un-reconciled items that can be reconcile automatically by the system. My working relationship with co- workers is great since I enjoy working as a team member. I have learnt a lot as I was exposed to different challenges each and every day. I love resolve queries and reconcile both current and pre- historic items. Most challenging aspect was resolve queries dating 2008 with no background of the query. Thus have to gather information from our achieves.

Good work ethic

I have a lot of experience in customer service, in both the short and long term insurances. I have a lot of knowledge in how the industry works and how to deal and assist clients. I am very eager to learn and work well with people. I am a fast thinker, helpful and innovative. I believe i am the best candidate for the position.

Pros: I can add great value to the company because of my experience and my ability to work with people.
Cons: I can work flexible hours, as i have done so with the previous companies i have worked for.
