Great learning curve for my career

My job is very flexible, I get to define my job description on a daily basis, I am the captain of my own ship with weekly reporting to my manager. I have very supportive core workers. We help each other resolve difficult cases which we come across with our clients. I have learnt how to manage a business from administrative work, being Tax compliant to financial planning duties and keeping my diary updated every day. On the other hand the job is really challenging because I have limited resources to run my practice. All business costs are my responsibility, there are months where I struggle to get business and being commission based its really frustrating.

Pros: The job is very rewarding we have bonus
Cons: There are limited reources I have to bear all business expenses

Challenging

It is a very challenging job, but with less new to learn. The team is great and consist of very helpful colleagues. I have managed to learn a lot from my colleagues but the challenging part of my job is the lack of support from the 2nd line in most cases.

Pros: Company is adventurous
Cons: No opportunity for growth

Was an awesome opportunity and learning experience

Momentum I was employed by the company for a number of years. It was unfortunate I had to finish up but that's life's trials. Great company to work for had lots of promotion opportunities. They look after there staff and ensure you are equipped to do your job.

Cons: Had to work long hours and travelled to long

Good work environment

The work environment is good. Just the benefits are not there which makes it demotivating to work very hard and put in extra time and then there are no bonuses or other rewards. Also the increase come to you at like R600, whereas there is still medical aid to pay for out of pocket and the the rates increase annually

Cons: No bonus, working in December through the festive season, no medical aid benefits

} Excellent learning curve

My company is a family oriented company thar focuses more on family life and employee wellness. My relationship with colleagues is more important to me as we spend most of our time together
