My current company learn you a lot of the actual insurance business. Very detailed of what products they. There is room to grow in the company and equipt yourself. Further studies haal do available for staff members. A nice company to work for with good benefits.

Challenging and exciting
Though you sometime not take anything else home because of not reaching the monthly targets.its very challenging . We spend Half sometimes most of the day traveling to clients without any petrol allowances,at times clients don’t sign up with you and you end up with no salary at the end of the month.i think an every month basic salary is required,especially with the amount of traveling we do each and every day,car needs petrol and maintenance

Learning curve and experience
Momentum has been a very good starting point in my career and takes great care in helping their employees to gain experience and knowledge in their relevant field of work. Momentum afforded me the opportunity of training to achieve my qualification required for my scope of work. I have leant to be patient and accept the things I can not change but to work with enthusiasm on the things that I can change. I enjoy working with people and with my fellow advisors and we work closely together, sharing with and motivating one another. The most challenging aspect of my job is to accept change and work hard to build my broker base up again after it has been allocated to other units.

Good employer
Good company. nice working environment. lots of team building and community based environment. It is a large company with a lot of different people and characters. mostly good than bad things happen there.

Excellent place for growth
I hold an Honours degree in Financial Management Sciences from the University of Pretoria. My current role involves a lot of work with CSDP transfers and Structured products. I am familiar with dealing with Strate on our post trade transactions. Our structured products are inherent of sensitive trades often denominated in foreign currency and I am skilled at reading swift messages. The financial implications of inaccurate documentation can be damaging and given my experience as a securities administrator I possess a high quotient for attention to detail. While working for Itransact I have acquired valuable technical skills that enable me to analyse investment performance reports and provide technical sales support to financial advisors. My work experience has enabled me to hone my communication skills while simultaneously developing beneficial relationships with stakeholders. In me you will find a dedicated individual with and entrepreneurial mindset to perform well under pressure or set deadlines.

Valuable customer skills acquired dealing with broker consultants and employers/members
My experience at my previous employers has helped me improve my leadership skills, hone my organizational skills, and has provided me with extensive knowledge of how to skillfully service existing and potential clients. I also worked at Momentum Employee benefits as a Fund administrator, where I further cultivated useful customer service abilities while handling administrative support for clients on a wide range of company products. Working there, I was able to resolve issues and escalate system support enquiries.

Great opportunity
I work with a team of 6 colleagues though i am always not in the office out seeing clients,We have the greatest relationship.My typical day starts at 7:30 with going through my mails and giving feedback if there are outstanding issues,Then proceed to my meetings with broker/clients which we discuss array of issues could be servicing issues,planning marketing activities or having client joint call either with me alone or with our specialists.More than anything i have learnt professionalism,my work ethic has improved.I enjoy mostly to interact with different people and learn a lot from them.The most challenging aspect is the fact that it is a third party marketing JOB so i have a little control of the outcome.
