Excellent learning curve

I use to work with different age of students its really impressive to interact with everyday as much as you there to assist them but you get to learn a lot from them. Sometimes they come to school angry because the system is working against them. the way you have to handle those kinds of situations, it helped me to get to know how to deal with difficult customers. Their views, what would they want us to improve, what they like about us what they don't like about us, It was really a good experience.

Excellent

It is the challenging job where I learn how to the client understand what will she or he will benefit on it .I have learnt to work as a team ,I enjoy working with people but the challenge is you have to be active and know how to convince a client for your policy that you're selling.

Person with strong learning abilitie

Hi I am working for Pinnacle interior contractors as admin from 7:30-16:00pm. I love my job but i need more experience. I dont like to gossip. I am communicating very well with my coulegues but regarding work only. I am enjoying working with passion. The most challenging aspects of the job when they hire some1 and the person got paid more than me and i have been working for 3 years now in this company. Learning more about diversity.

Receiving time and attendances, printing out payslip for employees, attending to pay and leave queries. Co-workers are great team mates, no one gets left behind. Most challenging is that most of the time whatever a senior staff member says goes, even if it's not the best idea in the room.

Yearly review on work performance

I work in accounts receivable department and do allocation of payments received on a daily basis. Downloading of bank receipts before scheduling it on respective sheets for Allocations. Sending out monthly statements and invoices. Daily petty cash payout and allocation to general ledger. Daily customer service and responses to queries and sending of requested documents.

Pros: Light lunch on daily basis, parking provided
Cons: No extra pay for extra hours

Good learning place , do every ones job

screen telephone calls and answer them , check all mails , face to face with clients ,filing making appontments for our managing director, taking care of office stationary

Pros: not paying very well, no increaseaytime soon
Cons: enviroment not okay

Excellent learning curve

Company in four-ways with about 200 employee and 9 partners. Audit mainly public sector . Has a new travel department. Joined in 2016 for a training contract which came to an end on the 31st of March 2019
