Be the point of contact for all clients referred to the facility in the community and ensure that these clients are offered comprehensive HIV and SRH services at the facility. ? Ensure that clients who have been referred to other services are linked with these services Follow up with facility staff to ascertain if client has been received at the facility• Compile progress reports on follow up of missed appointments • Refer clients who missed appointments for advanced counselling or to social worker • Ensure that clients who have missed an appointment are rescheduled for their appointment on the routine clinic booking system If the client cannot be contacted telephonically, contact the WBOT or other field worker or community level worker or organization to do a home visit. I'm a good worker, follow instructions and easy to approach person and love my work
I'm a person who loves to talk, laugh, cry easily when things are wrong, I always try to mind what coming from my mouth. I'm an outgoing person, love to go out with team when we off and love to talk about myself, my family than gossiping.

Good starting salary for graduates
n.BP has good policies and structures in place to ensure that safety, respect and customer centricity is. Bp does however struggle to pay attention to the graduates and use them to fill the gaps rather than to progress and improve them to set them up for success in their futuresfocused on.

Excellent learning and growing
Work days are sometimes challenging but rewarding after a successful outcome. It is very comforting to work with people who eagerly want to challenge a problem and solve it as a team . Everyday is a new day of different challenges to tackle and being able to ask questions and guidance is the way to do correct things I enjoy solving problems and being able to be innovative guided by the rules and standards. The challenging aspect would be that pupil technicians are not allowed to use cars to collect samples which may lead to time constraints.

It will advance my knowledge and skills
I currently work as a sales representative,and it has taught me so many skills such as communication and interpersonal skills. The value of respecting clients and putting they needs first and how to be confident and trusting my capabilities and always being determined and dynamic.

Selling products to customers , depositing money at the bank , learning about the products , doing scrubs , skin repair experiments, administrative work of reading emails , scanning faxing , calling customers calling head office , merchandising , cleaning shelves , stock take.
