Learn to type at a fast past, type accurate and to achieve targ
Work on different types of database forms according the needs of the clients. The forms are set up on what information is relevant to what is important to the client. We get a daily target regarding the type of application and amount of information. Most important we need to met the target that's given to us at the end of the day. We will be typing eg hospital file, traffic registrations , application forms ect

Excellent learning curve
I enjoyed every moment during my time at metrofile and learned alot from my supervisor and colleagues as we worked as a team,without taking anything away from metrofile they gave me a change to grow and learn alot in office admnistration as a administration clerk,I gained experience in Ms Office (word,excel and PowerPoint) expertise in Ms Outlook and good knowledge of internet browsing.

Culture is an issue Salary low No bonuses Lack of employee engagement Tolerance of outdated and inexlicable practices which u dont see in progressive companies Not much tolerance or openness for change

Entry level with a room for learning
Dealing with internal users n clients on a daily basis improves my interaction with people. The company provides alot of pressure and is moulding an individual to perform better and be able to work without supervision.

Excellent service provider
working at metrofile is quite good I have been with the company for years now and I must say I have learned a lot,yes days are not the same but me having a passionate of learning things I made it I became one of top workers..having a chance to work with such a wonderful people is a blessing.. I enjoy reading a lot just to have n idea what is going on around me.learning new things and share ideas with others. the most challenging aspects of my job is dealing with tough clients.

Excellent learning curve gained experience in different departments
I have been working for this company for close to 8 years now and i have been fortunate enough to have worked different departments within the company. I have worked within different government and privet departments. I am now promoted to manage the projects that i have worked at since 2016 till now on the current project. It would be a great pleasure to have a chance to work within your organization and gain more experience within your organisation. On daily basis i send daily progress reports and monthly reports.To make sure that my stuff have work to process. Leave approval for staff members. The challenging part about my work is when starting a new project with new members making sure that everyone is on the same page with the current work plan for the Project. I have learnt that quality and efficeancy of once work is important at all times.

Faster learner
From the begining was data capture now , promotion to be supervisor, learn from Warehouse despatch and received boxes and assist in the VAULT and call centre to answer calls and help client.

Excellent learning curve
working at metrofile one needs to physically fit and a hard working,because most of the work requires physical strength and concentration. We have a daily target or stats and accuracy,we work as a team and become very close working together cause most of the time we help each other understanding a new job and strategies taggle stats. I have learned to resolve conflicts, to work well with my co-workers and respecting my job. I enjoy my work because you grow as a person and that I have proved several times that the is no job for man, if one put their mind and dedication to it you can get the job done.The most challenging is when my daily stats is high and I still need to carry the boxes

Learning opportunity
At the company I work for I deal with a large number of clients on a day to day basis which have deferent requests. I have a healthy relationship with my co-workers and I sometimes assist them with their duties , especially the sales administrators who deal with cash on delivery. The think I enjoy most is interecting with deferent people on a dairy basis , the reason being I get to learn from them. My company has assisted me with upgrading my skills and knowledge in a form of learnerships and short courses. The most challenging aspect of working at reception, is when you transfer call and the people on the other end don't pick up

Good Learning curve
The company forms a good foundation on what it’s like in a working environment. They have a very dynamic environment that allows one to understand how and when to deal with various characters in the working environment
