EXCITING PLANET TO BE IN

-I ENJOY WORKING WITH PEOPLE I KNOW(MY OFFICE TEAM) AND MY EXTENDED COLEAGUES WITH I TALK WITH ALMOST EVERYDAY(CLIENTS) -BEING THE LAST BORN OF THE TEAM IS REALY EXCITING BECAUSE THEY GIVE ME EXTRA LOVE AND SUPPORT AND ALL OF THEM ARE MOTHERS TO ME. -I LEARN NEW DIFFERENT THINGS EVERYDAY E.G PROCESSING,REQUESTING,CLIENT BASE ETC. -DEALING WITH THOSE DIFFICULT CLIENTS IS VERY CHALLENGING BUT I CAN MOSTLY HANDLE THEM BECAUSE I HAD TO DEAL WITH DIFFICULT LADIES AT RAGE WITH THE SHOES.

Very good learning curve

Metrofile is a record management company. Sort of backup company whereby many companies take their files for storage. Storage include physical and electronic storage. Employees at Metrofile are encouraged to be multi skilled. I personally have learned a lot. Today I can do scanning , data capture , retrieval , create labels for new files and warehouse for storage , filing , prepping , receiving , ad hoc duties such as network cables connection , computer connection , order and replace damaged keyboards , mouse and also order stationary. Customer service as well. I certainly had a very healthy relationship with my colleagues starting from a cleaner to the manager. Some days can be hectic due to high volumes of client requests an also target is set on daily basis to avoid SLA. I really enjoyed when clients sent emails to appreciate my service.

I had learn so much at metrofile.

Working at metrofile for me its good honor because I have learn different time of things, like to being in front of the computer sorting documents frequently according to the located files in the locations. The workers at metrofile are very fantastic, they work as a team, we don't waste time during the lunch and tea times. Enjoy everything that must be done. One thing I like about them, if ever you have something that you don't understand, you can ask the most experienced people.

Cons: their hours is always normal. 08:00 until 16:30

Worst company I have ever worked at

A lot of open racism. No one says or does anything to make conditions pleasant. Broken chair and phone. Favoritism. Promised incentive always has a reason why they not paid. Inexperienced CM and FM. No one takes responsibility. Bad decisions nit picking. Constant putting staff down

Pros: None
Cons: Total negative impact from manager to top. Worse place I have worked at in 30 years

Excellent learning experience

working under supervision and under immerse in order to achieve daily achievement is excellent cos it teaches us to focus, and working on time which is very accurate, i,ve leant a lot like basic typing skills which is very necessary and multi tasking and working under presuure and achieveing the best results at the same time

Growth

I have achieved a couple of awards. Responsibilities: Sales Marketing HR Operations Risk Finance (incl budget) Health and Safety Stock Control I have a professional relationship with all of the employees. I believe in celebrating our successses but management cannot get too personal. With that being said I am well aware of all circumstances and interests of each employee. The biggest challenge for me is to realize that everyone works at a different speed and handles urgency and stress differently. I am very hard on myself and can sometimes be with my employees. I am however never scared to admit when I am wrong and apologize gladly. I enjoy mostly interacting with clients as well as with staff on projects. I enjoy the planning of projects, maximizing and making a good profit margin. I have learnt a tremendous amount but mostly the financial aspects of the business. No day is the same and a typical day for me is hit the ground running from the previous nights or week or months planning.

Willing to learn from others and grow with the company.

Worked for Metrofile company loved my work did a lot of successful projects enjoyed working the team and my managers. Grew to be the finest worker i must say i,ts just there was no growth for me at the company.

My learning curve would be hard work pay off in due time

A typical work day for me would be to assist clients with queries eg: invoice, completing of documents, quotes/proposals and assisting with any supporting documents depending on the request. I get along very well with all my co-workers as well as other departments. What I enjoy the most that everyday is a new challenge. The challenge in my job is when you have to take an executive decision with new deals eg: pricing
