Excellent learning curve

I had wonderful time at MBSA it’s a great company with many benefits including free education and more. I had to leave for growth purposes. How ever it was great working there with all the different races and ages. Exposure to the daily operations and future planing in terms of daily targets.

Bottleneck analysis, TPM checks

Standard working instruction- Documenting and updating job element sheet. Continuous improvement of jigs- Regular TPM checks/ jigs. Attending to quality problems. Responsible for quality report analysis and bottleneck analysis.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning

The exposure is good

On a day to day basis, I am exposed to a lot of different technical projects. However the work I do is not hands on, thus I believe that I am missing out on the hands on knowledge. My position is of a Project technician and this allows me to exposed to different types of technologies, strategies and to different types of specialists. The work is good, but there is a lack of opportunity to grow.

Pros: Great learning experience and exposure to big projects.
Cons: Not enough room to grow.

Excellent Learning curve

It iis an excellent company to work for.They empower employees through learning and development,and encourage empoyees to be innovative anf strive for continued excellence. Yearly bonuses are calculated based on the company performance and employee performance that is measured monthly.The system in place,encourages poor performers to pull up their socks.Ifyou are determined,dedicated,disciplined and zlways up for a challenge,there are opportunities for potential growth. Company politics are there in all companies.What one has to do is to stay focussed on results with determination to improve and succeed.

MBSA is a well established company that meets the global standards,it has a good working conditions and promotes growth on individuals. All employees are well taken care of in terms of benefits plus a broad scope of learning.

Build up a foundation of excellence

I am phlegmatic and controlled in nature; I am nonetheless determined and ambitious. I am responsive in nature, and adapt quickly to changing situations. I am also showing my self to be a less overly cautious and readier to take risk than it is likely to be more ‘natural’ personality would prefer. I have a general life style that is self-contained in nature: I have a driving personality with a strong emphasis in achieving result, I am more oriented to react quickly, sometimes instinctively, I am efficient and motivated, I am ready to take personal responsibility and work with energy and determined towards my goals.

Opportunity for growth and an excellent learning curve

There is an opportunity for growth. You learn how to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization. There is synergy within the company. The challenging part is meeting deadlines and keeping clients happy when there is immense pressure.

Excellent Company

Great culture, very relaxing environment, excellent employee wellness program (Onsite Gym & Clinic) + Various Support tools available + Supportive staff + Took a while to learn all the new jargon and all the different daimler departments, but with support from colleagues - I am able to support the users (computer users) in their queries and issues.

Pros: Great Exposure to other careers with automotive industry
Cons: Job Security (contractual employment)
