In the morning i prepare the morning meeting to report on previous day shift and overall department performance which involves quality topics and volume ,moral and paint availability During the day i will be running projects like dirt reduction projects and involved in the preventative maintenance During production ill be assisting on production start up on the painting robots
Pros: Moderate because i am on contract and vacancies are ussualy advertised for internal employees
Cons: wokred up to 8 hours then depend if i have something to do i will stay and finish whatever

It was a great introduction into the coorperate world and a great learning opportunity.
Mercedes Benz has offered me a great opportunity to learn ,as I am fresh out of school. It offered me a platform to learn every crucial aspect of the cooperate world, at same time exposing me to different jobs that one can do and gain experience from.

Excellent learning curve
Working in one of the biggest automotive companies was a goal and a dream. I went there like a blank paper with nothing written on it to learn different businesses process, culture, methodologies, tools, systems, people etc. I was mostly working in a paperless/ digitalization project with different businesses partners, which made me meet and work with different people, both young and old. I was in working in a Production support team which was very critical because we were the fore frontiers of the production system. I was involved in rolling out different tools to the production which goes hand in hand training the users. Days were different every single with different battles to face and tackle. One of the many things I learned is to understand what is required of you and what understand the current situation/ bottlenecks/ problem before you come with a solution.

Hard worker
At the company I am working at mantainance. I have been working with peaple who are hardworkers. I have experienced conflicts and I overcomed them... I like working with electrical components

Excellent learning curve
as a marketing assistant were my day to day duties were: administration, planning and organising client events, cold calling, finding potential leads, dealing with suppliers, invoicing, handling customer queries and providing feedback and running marketing campaigns.

My typical day at work gets there in the morning , on my pc checks and plan my day
I get there speak to managers in the morning meetings, we give out our daily plans and continue with our day, theme the manager will seat one on one with us to check where she can help to make deal as happen or call our clients together, check the trades in if the pricing is right so the deals can happen and easy for all parties
Pros: There are no promotions
Cons: We work very long hours

Excellent learning oppourtunity
Great company with great oppourtunities Having to find a balance between technical work and managerial work. Treat people with respect to earn their respect. Management very dynamic. Co-workers always willing to go the extra mile when required. Trying to please everyone who requires your attention. Doing different things using a variety of techniques.

Excellent learning curve
I had wonderful time at MBSA it’s a great company with many benefits including free education and more. I had to leave for growth purposes. How ever it was great working there with all the different races and ages. Exposure to the daily operations and future planing in terms of daily targets.
