My work day consists of filling job card. Maintain and repair of fleet and and ground support equipment. On job training for apprentices Insuring adherence to safety

Thought good costomer service

Good company. Its making billions bt we earning pinuts. Verry good in customer service. They offer good trainings so that we come the best in customer service. But work verry long hours.

Pros: great opputunity to meet people and be great at customer service

Good learning

Handling customers coming in and going out of the country.......checking the passenger..........theres sections like cargo to recieve good from outside country and export good

Excellent learning

I used to work shift as I was working at the airport.I was good to my colleagues I was sharing what I know.even my supervisors knows that.I was showing them some of the stuff like how to perate systems.now I can be one of the supervisor as I 've leaned a lot.I was enjoying going up and down because I know one day I will be one of them.

Pros: I was not given opportunity to prove myself.as they were appointing their people.
Cons: yes I was working long hours when there's a delay and you don't get paid for that.

Ambitious with good communication skills of customer service. Am a team worker and always willing to learn and be able to meet th companies requirements.

Teamwork. communication skills problem solving

I like offloading the cargo and loading the cargo on time and short time to check safety of the flight before to take off and you clean debris on the parking bays.and I learn time awareness and you driver safety to go drop the cargo to the warehouse.

Less opportunities to grow ie. Promotions

My work is very much enjoyable, i m in the frontline of my company every client start with me, working with clients is my passion, meeting different clients everyday, with various attitude, makes me become a star mostly when issues arrise I solve it calmly and politely. I work nicely with my co workers, I believe team work is a solution in any case. I learned to be confident about myself, work with pride in providing good service and meet my deadline in time and still have more time to help where its needed. My biggest challenge is short staff and lack of proper equipment.

Pros: Less opportunities of promotions
Cons: Odds hours.

Very good experience

We work as a team work that's makes our work much better for us. Ever since I joined menzies Aviation I've learned a lot from my boss, coworkers. The worst part of working in Aviation is that whether it's raining or not you have to attend passengers. I enjoy working in Aviation because I love people

Good experience

Menzies Ticketing desk is a very busy environment. The experience has been epic but quite tiring at times. Working and meeting different people everyday has been exciting, one of the perks. The schedule of work is a-bit too much to bare especially with the new management in place. It has been a great learning curve though.

Excellence learning skills

kAnswering phone calls, dealing with enquiries and provide general information to job applicants regarding HR procedures. Preparing and issuing employment contracts to new employees. Making sure that all employee records are accurate and well maintained.

Pros: great opportunity
Cons: 9 working hours a day
