VERY GOOD FOR LEARNING HOW TO WORK AS A TEAM
It was a very busy Airport and diverse environment. There was a lot of pressure but, it was not felt as everyone worked as a team. Making sure fuelers are operating all equipment correctly, hooking on and off the aircraft, following all safety procedures and avoiding damaging the aircraft or equipment. Assisting fuelers with operating equipment and completing their duties on time and safely. It was challenging and exciting at DFW Airport, working at the largest airport in the world by land size.
Pros: A lot of opportunity for growth
Cons: harsh weather conditions especially during the snowstorms

Less opportunities to grow ie. Promotions
My work is very much enjoyable, i m in the frontline of my company every client start with me, working with clients is my passion, meeting different clients everyday, with various attitude, makes me become a star mostly when issues arrise I solve it calmly and politely. I work nicely with my co workers, I believe team work is a solution in any case. I learned to be confident about myself, work with pride in providing good service and meet my deadline in time and still have more time to help where its needed. My biggest challenge is short staff and lack of proper equipment.

Aviation industry
The aviation industry is one of the most challenging industry in the world to date. A typical work day consist of everything going smooth with no issues a. However the industry is subjected to unforeseen changes that can range from difficult passengers , aircraft breakdowns or bad weather.The relationship that I’ve forged with co- workers ranges but it is good relationships and always bares fruit. What I’ve learned the most whilst working in the aviation industry is the fact that people are different and that the industry requires people who a thinkers and and that are innovative and have good interpersonal skills. I enjoy doing a aircraft turnaround that is on time safely and has no issues such as damages or obstacles. The most challenging aspects of the job is when there are bad weather or employees .

I have a good customer service experience and communicate
Meeting different people from different backgrounds we work together as a team with my colleagues to achieve a deadline, i have learn to to treat people the same way beside where they come from to give customers same giidtservu. Enjoy learning different languages and culture from other countries. The most chethibthubg about the job is delays of the aircraft.

Good Company
The company are good, but I need something stable and not worring jy I will have a job tomorrow. The Aviation industry is not doing good at the moment.

Excellent learning curve
I learnt to work under pressure , to keep time , vigilante. I understand customers and I make sure I meet the requirements of my employer and the customers. I am always keen to learn new things to improve my self and I learn fast

Excellent learning curve
I m hard worker. Quick to learn.I can work without any supervision.I enjoy to work with lot of people.customer service is my daily bread.7 years experience in customer service at OR TAMBO international airport under menzies aviation.I enjoy working shifts and under pressure.

Growing every day
It’s a privilege working people since I’m doing customer services , because you get to learn a lot like learning how to handle difficult customers and also handle the pressure not only with customers but with also the co workers , if there is not unity within us then we not going to be able to come up with solutions to the problems.
