I need to venture into non Managed care industry

- Best company to work for. - Lot of opportunities to venture into. - Learning opportunities and one can receive certificates. - Learnt most of the skill I have eg - Business coaching, Quality coaching and Case managing. - Work well within a team. - I enjoyed the workshopping of colleagues' on changes in the company.

Pros: Lot of opportunities to upgrade yourself if willing..
Cons: Worked for a long time in the same company.

Excellent learning curve

It's challenging and a pressurised environment. There are lots of opportunity for growth, like learnership, however there is too much pressure. If you perform well, your rewarded handsomely but its hard as your been monitored in all sides.

Pros: Great oppotunity for growth
Cons: Long hours
