Excellent learning curve

Excellent and very big company to work for. Colleagues and management were friendly. Hence I grasp quickly and they believed in me I was introduced to that job without any experienced of it and I excel on it. due to contract and they were downsizing they couldn't renew our contracts.

Pros: no growth
Cons: working hours were fine

Excellent

It was a previlage that they employed me without experience and taught me a lot of things. I was getting reccomendation and their appreciation of the was I grasp easily. I remember the lady called Mary whom was a trainer said to me it was unbelievable that I didn't do nursing because of the way I understood and worked with others. My response was positive and I told her that my career is in accounting which I love and enjoy.

I have a good relationship with my co workers and it's an environment full of energy with youth. I have learned that team dynamics are important in a work environment and it's important to keep the mood positive at all times. I enjoy liaising with my co workers and sharing jokes while working. The most challenging thing is being able to multi task things needed to be done and complete them within the turn around time stipulations.

Pros: The knowledge obtained is massive due to working under one of the biggest heal are admin companies
Cons: Limited opportunity for promotion

Innovative quick learner , i adapt to change

I am a team player and my work environment allows one to be a team player, we work well together and there's a lot of support in many areas I have learnt a lot at my company, completed online courses, i've learnt how to deal better with different people. we take life for granted and this industry has made me realize we as people go through a lot. I find the most challenging part of my job is dealing with member and providers when it comes to making them understand medication and trying to get the best possible answer in the simplest form when they don't understand , Irate members too

Excellent learning curve

Best company to work for. Working Monday to Friday. 8 to 4. Everyone is friendly. Including management and workmate. And I'll like to thank the opportunity that was given to me to work for them. It was a pleasure to me.

Wonderful company to work for

I learned a lot at Medscheme mostly how to prioritize and work well within the SLA of the company. We were 12 in our team from different cultures and backgrounds and it was a blast. I learned from each and everyone everyday. I enjoyed the team work the friendships. There was no real challenge except to understand each other and let others teach me on my weaknesses

Excellent learning curve

Everyday I had to clear queriess before they are out of SLA(Service Level Agreement). Prepare reconciliation statement and when one agent is off sick then i would assist with his or her queries, the relationship with other co-workers was great. I learned that working as a team is the best because our goal is one which helping members. The challengises i had was dealing with difficult members who dont take no for an answer even if we agents are correct.

Pros: Opportunity to get bursary and futher your studies
Cons: Working on weekends

Self-driven hardworking, determined individual and a team player

Coaching, mentoring and conducting daily assessments on agents is challenging and sometimes one gets to learn a lot of things from the people you are upskilling. It is also fulfilling as you cannot work alone. You need your team in the daily schedule of preparing for workshops. One also needs input from colleguages as you meet new challenges in your job everyday and might get advice from a colleague that has dealt with same previously. I have learner that working as a team is most important.

Pros: Learning opportunity and preparation for promotion.
Cons: Dealing with negative people. They see quality coaching as a punitive measure.

Growing and learning to better myself and achieving also exceeding my potential

To be integral part of a dynamic institution where hard work and assistance will lead to success, need to be part of a team where collaboration, problem solving contribute to the wellbeing of the company. I strongly believe I have the skill and personality to work in client services related environment. My future goal will depend on my career growth and development
